Here is a very easy program Kingo Android Root to install on your pc and just follow the info in the program as it is very easy to use and works well this program.

Good luck but the program should root it as i used it many times already and it works well..and you can even unroot your device with it also. :good:

In supers there's an option to unroot the device again, try that and then do a root test after a reboot
