My galaxy s2 (I9100)'s motherboard got complaint and i need to replace it.I have a used motherboard of another galaxy s2.My doubt is can use this motherboard on my galaxy s2??
If both are i9100 then there should be no prob if u change the motherboard ...

for the s2 i installed a rom on it and it lost root. the android version was 2.3.5 and now its 4.4.2. i can not figure out how to root the phone with the new OS.
