Now not all of the old code rewritten. Version 0.5 is very limited (not all that was in version 0.4) in the functionality and has a lot of flaws. Now I can not upload it.

@Ant-ON ...
Great app. Currently using v0.4.1 and is the reason I made the switch entirely to 7z archives (I was formerly a .rar junkie). Aside from the AES-256 encryption, my favorite part is the fact both files and file names can be encrypted. The only way to encrypt files, imo.:thumbup:
I really like the overall look & feel (esp. the.compact line spacing) and all the options for creating various archives.
If / whenever basic file management functionality gets included (rename, cut / copy, move / paste, create folders, etc), it will be my go-to file manager.
@ant-on(if you still check this thread) can your app decompress files that are split into volumes? I know I can compress into different volumes but can I decompress them? Thanks

For decompress multivolume archive needs click on the first part of it and choose extract.
Open Source?
Zarchiver is the best archiver and unarchiver currently on Android. It supports all major for archive formats. That's why i prefer this app to other archivers on market.
Will you Open Source the app, Ant-ON? It'll make the development faster. If you do, Zarchiver will be the 7zip of Android!

yeah...it's really ...and there's also Total Commander for android which is awesome aswell....

Ghost Commander
Ghost Commander is better than Total Commander for Android. It's got a lot of features:
*the best 2 panel file manager
*fast and minimalistic
*even more features if rooted!
-root mode file browsing
-mount points viewer
-execute terminal commands
-app explorer: it's not just a simple app manager or viewer. It can dig inside each app, show it's component activities, services etc. You could also create shortcuts on desktop targeting a particular service/activity. I've not seen this feature anywhere else yet.
*and the best part is that it is completely Open Source! Go check out the code in sourceforge.
need some help
seems zarchiver remembers bad password. when opening an encrypted file, if click "cancel", zarchiver will remember this action. then next time, if open the same file, zarchiver will not ask for password but straightly prompt "Error: invalid password".
Ant-ON, could u correct that? thanks
i have problem too

Anyone know what is trim.txt on bootanimation?
can anyone explain how to use it and how to make it ?
Because I see the PA (Paranoid Android) rom bootanimation using trim.txt
You can download from here https://github.com/AOSPA/android_vendor_aospa/tree/sapphire/apex/bootanimation/media
in the folder there are also images that do not use a background
Is there anyone here who can explain in detail to me? Or can you make me a video how to use it until it bootanimation ?
The documentation is here: https://android.googlesource.com/platform/frameworks/base/+/master/cmds/bootanimation/FORMAT.md
I tried to get trim.txt to work but even when you specify background in desc.txt it doesn't seem to work, at least on my system.
Although I looked in bootanimation -> libbootanimation.so and it seems to support trim.txt
Edit: So I solved it. None of the files inside the bootanimation.zip may be compressed.
The PNG files obviously don't need it, but if the text files (like trim.txt) are compressed they will be ignored.
Usually desc.txt is so small that it will not be compressed, but while trim.txt is longer (and repetitive) it could be compressed.
Easy (-est) solution if your zipper is stuck? Rename trim.txt -> trim.jpg, compress as usual, then hexedit the zip in two places to turn jpg into txt.
The attached file is an example of trim'ed animation. It's designed for 1072x1448 so smaller screens will not see anytihng.
OTOH, this will work with any size display if you adjust the numbers in trim.txt
(It shows a countup in the lower right corner.)
