Android 2.2 - Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 Mini

Any android 2.2 rom for our mimmi...want to try it...

There are many 2.2 ROMs for mimmi like CM6 and more. But I suggest you to install GB on custom kernel since it is more stable and faster than 2.2

Now that J has got rid of the annoying WLOD and the FPS cap I recommend CM7
I'm using it now and its great!
And if you don't like it I suggest trying Trips IRIS and ARC roms with J's kernel 10c

If you are on wolfs 6.1.3 but can't add widgets to your homescreen, you should reflash his ROM.
~Reflash stock 2.1 with flashtool, then update with seus,
~root and add xrecovery with flashtool .2.9.1
~wipe all data/cashe and then install wolfs rom
~install the hotfix
~log into market
~enjoy the speed (and widgets)
Try rdannar's ROM, yes, it is good. J's ROM still testing. Links? IM sure that u can search in dev forum

If you want to try Superaosp
download the rom from here: http://hotfile.com/dl/117504451/5be7fe1/SuperAosp-STX10project2.3.3stable.zip.html
then download the cm7bb54.zip baseband patch from here:

go to xrecovery, flash the rom, then flash the baseband patch

Best ROM for x10?

hey guys! any stable rom for x10? that is everything working? sorry im new to this thread. Pls suggest freely
What type of ROM do you want
Gingerbread , froyo or eclair
Froyo ROM are fast and stable
They have mostly everything working for that you should try wolfbreaks cm6 v007
Achotjans cm6 v03
Nasif619s ultima 4
Eclair ROM are a little slow but super stable and have everything working
Try erickwills ew jet
Or thjabs thgo ROM
Or try rdannars barebones eclair ROM
Gingerbread ROMs are very fast and some are stable the only thing not working is camera
Try cyanogen mod 7 by jerpelea
Rdannars 2.3.4 ROM and miui from reindiero2005
You could try my ROM as well
If you get froyo, I recommend you to use WB TW 007. That ROM is the smoothest Froyo ROM I've used.
If you do decide to go with froyo I would recommend WB TW007 with custom kernel as it is super smooth, fast and has the arc look. As another bonus he is very active at maintaining his roms and usually monitors his posts for questions and suggestions. It is also one of the simplist to install and setup.
I have 2.3.3 CM7.0.3
Awesome.

Stock 2.1 Eclair with z Kernel..hehehe..
2.1 =====> ewjet custom kernal
2.2 =====> wolfbreak cm6 costum kernal
Too many to try, but:
J's roms are wonderful, i'm using right now the GB 7.1.0 almost stable last version.
Kernel 12b.
If you need camera for now you should stay on froyo/eclair.
If you need a phone that rocks use GB.
im using CM-6.1.3 froyo_Achotjan v03 with zKernel 2.6.29.
and my quadrant is 1654.
great ROM!
Thanks guys! now im using TW007)
+1 i have the same rom and i love it
For me it's zdzihu's beta4 or Trips froyo miui. Beta4 is the most compatibile rom for me, no freeze, crash, hell even last.fm works. On the other hand, I'm sold to the miui phone experiance..

My vote goes for the customized go3asy bitsnacker 2.1 rom with z's kernel with the improved all around camera app.

Returning to froyo...

Here is a dumb question i will be returning to zdzihu freex10 2.1 aosp rom and i'd like to know does it have a custom kernel or i will need to flash one ?
And i am returning because i am bored of g.b and not only that also because aosp performance is epic !

Lol^^ Flash baseband .54 with flashtool & then I recommend flashing wolfs TW froyo 2.2.1 tweaked (or other froyo Roms)
I tried it couple of weeks ago
EDIT: I think there was zkernel for froyo ROMs, go search for it.

Havent been following this group for a while since getting my Galaxy S2. However, after a year on Wolfbreak 6.0, i think it is time to upgrade my x10 to the latest stable. Any recommendations or short list? Thx.

yeah I'd love some suggestions aswell. I installed wolfbreak, but I don't have wifi, and some other minor errors... It's really fast, so I'm keeping it for now, but if I could find another rom wich is as fast and has wi-fi, that would rock.
I'm gonna try feralab JAF. should I use thkernel v12-4 instead of ferakernel?
should I flash rom first through xrecovery and then kernel via flash tool?
thanks all

You must flash WIFI module after you installed Wolfbreak ROM, it's depends of wich kernel you use. If you use Doomkernel you will find Wifi module in that tread...

Try JAF ROM or the Achotjan's and I am sure you will like it~
Donut hd 2.2.7 . Stable , fast, smooth , beautiful look and no bug/FC... and games also runs smooth on this rom.
Try this :

Or wait for DiXperia8 "eXtraordinary".
It'll be up in a week or so. It is XperiaS themed, I've tested it and I can say its the fastest XperiaS themed rom so far
For more info on DiXperia8 you can go to the following links :

Suggestion
If locked BL, try JAF Rom by FeraVolt with Thkernel
And for Unlocked BL, try Mokee ^^
Both really nice, happy flashing
I used almost all roms for Xperia X10 but FERALAB JAF ROM is the fastest and stable rom I ever used. Try it.

[Q] Which is the best ICS ROM for X10 Mini Pro ?

I have tried lot of unofficial roms for my X10 mini pro. Most of the GB roms work smoothly.
I also tried JB rom by nAa. It was nice to flaunt 4.1.2 running on my device, but couldn't use is daily as it lagged heavily after i installed all the necessary apps for my daily use.
Now I am thinking of trying ICS roms. Can somebody please tell me whcih is the best ICS rom you have used on your U20i ? or a list of ICS roms for u20i would be great as well.
I think roms which are more than 100 mb in .zip size tend to lag when we install all the required apps with it.
Thank you.
Try MiniCM9 by nAa
Thanks Vince, will try it first thing tomorrow.
U kno wat, currently I am using Gingersony v05 from your team. Its very smooth. I tried v06, but I like the old one more . Thanks for the awsome rom.

My pleasure
For now i think it's Arc Mini ICS4 the best android 4.0, but all android 4.0 versions have bugs like the radio not working or buggy sound, Gingersony and Arc Mini NXT6 are the best Ginger right now i think.
Gingersony V05 is really good, i hope that he released jellySony very fast
