[Q] Plants vs Zombies 2 problem - HTC Desire X

Hey guys
On HTC Desire X Plants vs Zombies 2 isn't avaible on Google store so i downloaded it from internet. I've installed game and pasted OBB files(Sd card/Android/obb/) and when i start game i just see thisownload failed because you may not have purchaused this app. Is it a way to play?

I installed via Google Play. What you have to do is device spoofing, just replace relevant in build.prop to let the Play Store think you own another device. There are instructions for this all over XDA...

Use an app like Market helper or as suggested Edit Build.prop

[Q] Tegra Apps

Hey,
Hope I dont get hated on, but as you guys know, most market apps are available on 4shared by simply searching e.g. doodle jump apk.
Is there a similar place where I can find tegra zone apps.
Thanks
Ben
On the android or amazon market. Or, try the tegra2 app (you can get this from the android market)
buy your apps and support devs.

Query about APK files

Hi. I would like to ask about .apk files.
I have had the eternal issue of certain apps and games on the Google Play store not being compatible with my device.
Had a Kindle Fire HD. Tried downloading apps thru a 3rd-party source (like 1Mobile) but got frustrated because apps are sometimes "in conflict" with the Kindle App Store-downloaded apps.
For example this game called The King of Fighters-A 2012. If i buy the new Nexus 7 and its not compatible i have to endure the hassle of returning my device to the store, wait for my refund then buy another device. There seem to be no info on device compatibility on certain apps or games nowadays.
So, this leads me to my question:
1. To avoid the frustration of having a device (Kindle Fire, Nexus 7, Galaxy Tab 3, etc) that's incompatible with the app...what is the best way to download an app?
2. Will downloading an .apk file be "sufficient" i.e. dealing with issues such as updates, etc.?
3. What or where would be a good source of .apk files on the net?
Please advice.Thanks.

[Q] in app purchases

not sure if I'm putting this on the right forum or not, but I have been trying to find an app like gamecih or game guardian that works with the newer game "dragons world" from the play store. anyone else found one that's successful?
this isn't a pirates forum.

[Q] Wrong game description when shared on Facebook

Hi,
So i released two Android games on Google Play Store some time ago, let's call them Game 1 and Game 2. These two have different descriptions and names, they are completely different games. The only thing that they have in common is that they are publlished on the same Google Developer account.
Today i tried to share one of these games to a friend on Facebook by copying the Google Play Stores link of one of the games. The problem is that the descrption underneath the image when shared has been "meshed up". The first part of the descrption shared on Facebook comes from the correct game, Game 1. But then after some lines parts of the description from Game 2 is added aswell.
Why is that and is there some sort of fix to this? Kinda annoying to be honest..
Hopefully this is the correct section of the forum to post this question in.

I haven't found it using the Play Store search engine but I've still been able to find it listed as 'USB/BT JoystickCenter 2015' (green icon) under My Apps > All in the Play Store menu under the account in which I originally downloaded it. I actually paid for this app license in its early stage. Perhaps that's why I am still able to find and install from Play Store...? ?.
I searched github and the most recent activity was by Jared Morgan (jaredmorgs) in July 2016. He edited the README file stating that the dev has abandoned this app and the licensing server is down.
I emailed him asking how I can contact the dev Poke64738 but he said he didn't know. I've since backed up to Google Drive and Dropbox just in case it disappears completely. I don't know the rules of posting a link to download somebody else's app from my Drive acct. I will if it is allowed.

Man, I remember the good old days of using a Galaxy Tab 10.1 with honeycomb with that app. And when Wii Remotes actually worked out of the box without any extra dongles. And everything was inspired by Tron (design wise) instead of material design. And apps weren't bloated as all hell as they are now. And root ad blockers like AdAway were actually in the play store. And SuperSU wasn't sold to a Chinese company. And you didn't have to flash an extra zip file to install Xposed. And Tegra 2 was actually impressive. And touchwiz was awful. Those were the days.
Whoops. Got a little carried away. :silly:
