[Q] Mounts and Storage via CWM recovery - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
In CWM recovery and almost in all custom recovery's, you can mount the storage.
But, the only storage I could mount and copy files to computer was USB storage.
What about all the others???
When I click on them it changes to "mounts ****", but nothing happens.
How can I mount efs and then copy files?
tnx!
mount /efs
mount /cache
mount /data
mount /preload
mount /sdcard
mount /external_sd
