Hey guys. My BLP charging port is broken. I want to return it to Blu for a warranty check, but it has a ROM thats not stock on it. The phone wont charge and its drained with power. Please help me, do you think Blu will accept the device.

Guys...please help me my lovely XDA can't be upgrade to ROM 1.66 every time i upgrade.. into step 2 when upgrading rom 4% or 18% it's stop...i really confuse..and lost.. , i'm afraid i gonna get new main board..it's reallt cost me much money..o,yah.. FYI when i put my XDA into cradle USB the XDA can't be charge...i don't why but it can be upgrade.. please some body help me.....

I had the same problem with it not upgrading.. i have a xda2i I did a hard reset on it and then i took the battery out and did another hard reset... then reapplied the rom and it said no rom version found and i did a clean rom write and it may not be charging because you have it in a usb 1.0 or 1.1 hub or port. some devices need to be pluged into a usb 2.0 port or hub to draw enough power from the pc to charge it..

help me with this phone. is a cell phone from china, I was flashing the rom and it did not do the backup, result lost his cell phone and do not know which is the original rom it, many do not know it because I have no information as to see because he does not care anymore. Please some sympathetic soul could help me and give me the original rom it?

Hey there guys, my phone is completely bricked. It doesnt power on at all, its completely dead. I think I might have a chance to revive it but I actually need some extra help.
I flashed the wrong preloader and now I need to flash the right one, I downloaded the stock ROM with the correct emmc but when I download and plug my phone, this happens (attachment).
I have no idea what else can I do, I think I might have to go by the hardware way and if so I'll need help from a experienced person.
This is really urgent and I appreciate any tip.

try flashing that samsung rom with your tool (SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1316.0.150). rom name is "CUBOT 3021D Z18IC_CQ_89_W_H1.00_V04"

Hi there, as the title i have a Samsung Galaxy A5 (sm-a500fu) i downgrade Lollipop to KitKat "A500FUXXU1AOB4_A500FUWIN1AOC1_A500FUXXU1AOB4_HOME .tar" with Odin. It completed all upload and when it's the moment to restart the phone.... nothing...... phone never restarted again..... no charge, no downloading mode and no recovery.
I rooted Lollipop before downgrade!!!
Now what i have to do? Someone can help me?
My phone is in warranty.... if i go to my assistant shop.... they discover that i rooted my phone and i lose my warranty?
