Can I move the SD card from my X2 to my RAZR without reformatting it? Mainly I want to transfer the pix and music?

Man that was quick

How do you save stuff to the external memory??

I am coming from an inspire 4g and this phone doesn't give the option when in the app section from settings.

Download a file manager from the play store (most don't need root) then drag and drop the files you want into the external sd card's folder

I was thinking of doing that but didn't want to have an issue with the phone not finding files like the inspire would. Thanks a lot, I will give it a try.

trying to test my sd card speed. with sd tools app

hey can a few of u guys download sd tools app and run it and see what u guys get for write and read spped.. thanks!!
i downloaded that app and my class 10 got 9.5 write and 25.3 read.
i need to undo some things i was messing with the file allocation size and EXT4 partition...
btw there is a free program called SD Formatter (3 i believe) it can bring your SD card back to 100% stock, even partitions and all.

Press the bookmark button (down right in portrait mode, assuming you use the file manager that comes with the ROM), select SD card. The path should be
Code:
/storage/sdcard1
If you however have not formatted you sd card to FAT32, you'll need to do that first, thread here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2041679
OK thanx
