Hi I hope I'm in the right section , i've been given a HTC Sensation Xe with beats audio trouble is it came with custom firmware Cynogen Mod 10.2 jelly bean 3.2 installed . I would like to revert it to a stock Htc ICS rom.
Now I've had a good look through the forums for a RUU to match my phone but i can't find one can anyone point me in the right direction .
Here are a few details on my phone :
Firmware Version 3.33.401.153
cid HTC__001
botloader 1.29
im S-0n also
obviously my boot loader is unlocked
can anyone help me out

I've decided to install mwakious3Drom® (M3DR®) V.11.1 based on stock ICS 4.0.3 sense 3.6 k:stock, got a unbranded evo 3d gsm with ics ota updated, my previous phone was an lg optimus one and from reading the xda forum i got it rooted... now i want to install a custom rom on my evo 3d(mostly because of the battery issue and better camera). Can you guys point me to the right posts on getting rooted and s-off... i understand that i need s-off in order to flash the custom radio file for the rom... and if anything happens to the phone is there any way to get it back to stock and send it to waranty? I have a rooted mobilicity htc amaze running under the energy rom march 2012 version which is gingerbread. I want to update to the latest version of this rom, or any other ICS rom that is rooted. how would I go about doing this? First of all I'm sorry to have to say this.. but this is the 50th thread about how to upgrade to ICS. I don't care which carrier you are on the process is all the same. The file may be different but the actions are all the same. So if you search and read the other "Hold My Hand" threads you should be able to find your answer.
Like I said.. I'm sorry I chose your thread to pick on but some people need to search and read.

thats kinda wrong.. first they need to go back to stock gingerbread and then upgrade the rom to official ice, then root it and flash any ice/jellybean rom they want... but yeah.. it would be easier if you were s-off to flash any stock RUU for any carrier regardless

The Only issue which is i faced, The Battery Performance! my Phone Battery give me ony a single day timming, After so many Articles studied on internet & XDA , I was found that no update for this version, But my question is Can i flash Any Canadian Carrier like WIND Mobile, TELUS Mobility, Videotron, Mobilicity base ICS roms on my Amaze without any Network Issue? Please answer my this question, I hope you guys understand my problem. And Please provide me the link where to get above mentioned carrier's stock ICS roms. I am from Pakistan.

Assalamu alaykum thank you for all the help you gave people on these amaze forums and these steps they helped me out a lot to get my unbranded HTC amaze working and now I found out that its actually a telus amaze from Canada with that app. I live in America (florida) and finally got all the hacks, mods, and rom'd and on T-Mobile.

Look, you can use any ROM, you just need to do the super CID so that the phone will accept the ROM. To do this trick you need to have root access and be S-OFF. There are threads about super CID; do a search.

Use Hasoon's AIO toolkit or go to aj thread on Asian amaze there you will find a attached batch file.
Just run it on your pc when phone is connected....

Noobs means newbies....newbies means who are new at something...
you should be able to know some basics of android development to flash a custom ROM
we can provide you step by step procedure but
you cant follow them and will brick your device
and you then cant even unbrick it....
so it will be waste for you.........

in fact, iknow some of android development, ihave flashed alot and alot of custom ROM on my old desire HD
but in desire x its slightly deffernt...
so what do you recommend for me to flash??

First of all, we need to know your CID. Download CID getter from the play store and report back.

AFAIK, there is no JB update for your CID yet. You'll have to wait for t-mobile to release their update.

I have ICS hboot with TWRP for ICS in my Desire X. Whenever I try to install any JB ROM it doesn't boot up, just shows a black screen. What should I do? If you are saying me to S-OFF, I already tried to do that(with RUMRUNNER) but it betrayed me finally saying to try with a new kernel or a new ROM. Why there is so much complication? I just want to install a JB ROM. Can anyone help me with this? Will be thankful

As far as I know (I may be wrong) you have an flash an ruu. Then update to jellybean. After that you'll have to unlock the boot loader again and then you can flash jellybean roms.

I flashed the RUU, checked for the updates, it shows no JB update. What to do?
Need help to install custom rom for hboot 1.15
hi fellas, bit same problem here, i followed the exact procedures in installing the custom rom (ViMiRo ROM v3.0-1) on my HTC DX running on android 4.1.1 and hboot 1.15 by following DX threads. the recovery i flashed is CWM official mod for ICS. after showing successful installation of rom and rebooting, the phone shows the ViMiRo lock screen, but when tried unlocking, it stops at HTC logo and doesn't open further. Pls guide me to resolve this.

1. you're not on hboot 1.15, but 1.25
2. use a recovery for JELLYBEAN, not ics. (twrp, you'll find it in "android original development")

guess thats a dual-sim then. roms for the normal desire x dont work on the dual-sim version, sorry.
