I got a new DOOGEE DG100 phone with no IMEI number in the operating system.
There is a number tag on the the body anther the battery but not in the system that displays
IMEI UNKNOWN
IMEI UNVALID
Is it posible to upload a valid number to be able to connect to the internet??

You will have to send it in for repairs. You can't legally mess with the IMEI. If you didn't make a backup of the efs partition then sending it in Is your only hope.
