[Q] lg 9 p760 problem with Kdz - LG Optimus L9 P760, P765, P768, P769

Hello, I have some problems getting rid of Tim v20c firmware.
I have tried to install a stock firmware (the 20c Europe open) but I have some troubles with both kdz fw upgrade and the offline fix method.
I am using windows 7 64 bit but I have also tried with a windows Xp machine, with discouraging results, with win7 kdz crashes after the phone reboot in sw upgrade mode while with win xp it get stuck after a whirl after throwing some errors, this is the log from kdz which I got from the win xp machine

I think that all the necessary drivers are installed properly but I don't know...
I have also tried to get root access to the device with LGPwn but without success (before trying to install the new firmware anyway I did a factory restore)

I have also tried the offline fix method but it seems that they have updated the b2c update client so that I cannot anymore start the update offline.
when I arrive at step 8 of http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=36351786 instead of the popup of point 10 a window like that is opened

saying that an update is available and than it crashes...
It used to work but a few days ago I had to restore my pc and b2c got uninstalled and now I cannot anymore try the offline method, could you send me a backup copy of this folder "C:\ProgramData\LGMOBILEAX" of yours with a working b2c application?

KDZ file must be UPPERCASE so V20C_00.kdz not v20c_00.kdz ...
For second post: you must edit hosts file like said in tutorial before you install b2c... Revisit step 1 and 2...
