I just want to share this BlackTheme. I just did edit some png.
Mods please delete if this post have no use, its ok.
Tested on my xSola ICS
push to vendor/overlay/framework and set the right permission rw-r-r then reboot.

Hey Guys, I'm kinda frustated with theming. Some ROM came with black background notification. I wanted to make it transparent
Some of them can be changed from System UI xhdpi tw_quickpanel_bg.png, but in the ROM I'm using there's no such files
I want it to be like this one below, like 20% transparency
