2 hours on an 8 Mbps line?! The update is around 7-800MB(?), so if you're at max speed (around 800KB/sec) the whole time it should take around 10 minutes to download it.
Are Sony's servers that slow?

its actually similar look to windows..
But hay, google always does some thing different,here they added many options n made it look better.

3.0.3 was a manual update. 3.0.4 was an OTA.
Been testing the video function. Camera quality is meh, a given. They actually record with sound and save to the Photo Roll as .mp4's.

Most patched and Warthog kernel installed fine for me on 3.0.3. No go on 3.0.4.

With all the anticipation that ASUS has created about this OTA I do hope that it actually addresses some of the issues that people are complaining about. Prepare for one almighty backlash if it doesn't...

Just a shoutout, remember to do the OTA backups, i heard they fixed the workaround to downgrade so if ya dun wanna lose root you should make sure everythings backed up properly. Just sayin.

I have my root backed up with VoodooOTA Rootkeeper. I do have SuperSU Pro installed which has a OTA Survival mode, but I don't have it enabled.
I have had luck with Voodoo before, and I spoke to chainfire on twitter and he said only to enable one or the other.

The face unlock apk is indeed in .21 BUT is not initiated anywhere where is in .28 it is available in the security menu.

Last time an update was released, the only STOCK ROM we had was Virtuous for quite some time and that was deodexed. Can we get a pure STOCK ROM based on the .28 update which is still ODEXED, rooted, and contains busybox binaries. That is the OCD in me asking....

So it's been stuck for a while. At first there was no notification, and when it did appear later it was downloading very slow. Reached 4%.
After a bit, it showed 'Download will resume in Wifi coverage'. I'm connected to wifi, verified it working. Restarted the phone, even cleared the Updater cache from applications. Still no use.
The 'Download will resume in Wifi coverage' notification went away but it didn't seem to be downloading again. Anyone else with a similar problem? Any suggestions?

You'll need to wait for the AsiaRetail SBF/fastboot file and flash the ROM.

i also faced this problem but after 4 hrs when i was in wifi coverage area, it started working..
How to unroot it as it says update failed.. i used motofail to root so pl help..

I cleared the cache again and restarted the device immediately. It's downloading now, but it's been at 5% for a while. Motorola servers overloaded perhaps? Or some other issue?

Well at least we tried. It's moving really slow. Up to 8% now.
Is your update showing the download progress or still waiting for wifi? When I cleared data, I rebooted immediately. Then the downloading notification replaced the waiting one.

One of my buddies shot me a link, I updated via the apk as well, don't see any difference but I guess this and other things to pop up are gonna let us know the reason for the update.

One of my buddies shot me a link, I updated via the apk as well, don't see any difference but I guess this and other things to pop up are gonna let us know the reason for the update.

Lol not that, I just didn't see the point of updating it, but I got sent it so why not.
Edited...New update If you uninstall updates then let it self update.

Ok, i am getting an error trying to d/l any app. I'm not seeing anyone else with issue. I have rebooted, re installed etc.
If I go to play store online, it works...just not on the phone.
What stupid little setting am i not finding? And this is a free app...and so are others not working.
