Updated my ultra z smoothly on sony pc companion. When i opened walkman sound enhancement it would crash. Whats going on here? Is there a fix? My c6833 is stock.

Downloaded the app no problem. Searched content no problem. Chose video no problem. Watch video and all it says it that I need a stronger connection and that it was for audio only which also doesn't work. Tried this on multiple networks same issue. Why does this device not support hbo go? Is there any way to fix it?

I have no idea what's going on, but are you on 532 and do you have X-Reality enabled? If yes, disable it. Or are you rooted?

That's a firmware version. Check Settings - About and version.

Alright, so you're running 257 which is the latest firmware. I still don't know what the problem might be though. I guess you'll have to wait for someone else that uses HBO GO to see this thread. Sorry!
