Haven't used the SimRoms in a while and always liked this. Plus I think it will look real good with my Black HTC One... downloading now.

Is there not a way to change the DPI with this release? Loving the rom and smoothness nonetheless.

Firmware
sorry for the question couldn't tell from the install instructions....is firmware included in the rom

For those that want to test something with all of the m7 changes on gerrit. I've put together some builds.
http://d-h.st/users/Flinny
m7 variant is for what was m7ul/m7att/m7tmo previously
m7spr is for the sprint variant
m7vzw is for the verizon variant
I would suggest a backup first and a wipe before reporting any problems
Nick.

Hard Keys Reassignment
Been using the ROM for few weeks, but wondering if there is an ETA on the feature to allow hardware key reassignment.
With 4.3 there was an option to allow home and back key to be set to different features.. wondering if this will be implemented in 4.4 as well?

Having difficulty locating the weekly ROM files.
Went to the following location: http://slimroms.net/index.php/downloads/dlsearch/viewcategory/632-m7tmo
but the file is from 4/7/2014
I know there was mention of combining all the M7 ROMs into one.. but i checked the other M7 devices and they are all a month old..
wondering where the weekly 4.9 files are located??

this project looks interesting. btw, is that "Ultra Slim Gapps" package meant only for this rom or can it be used on other stock/aosp roms? to be frank, the "slim gapps" term is very appealing.
You can use slim gapps on any ROM but android version should be same.

No, it runs really stable, fast and battery friendly but browser, messaging, email and calendar are still missing. Installing them separately (e.g. using the apks from slim6) does the job.

Aosp + Caf. We do use CM bits like HAL's, telephony bits ( ad in if they did the work and its OK why reinvent the wheel) and android device and kernel repos that aren't supported Nexus

I tried the 0.4 alpha build. There's a lot I liked.
What I really was missing is the ability to quickly check the time and notifications when the phone is lifted up.
I looked for a gestures tab in the settings to enable it but couldn't find one.
Is it a design choice to leave this feature out or will it be added later on ?
