I have Tmobile HTC one. Converted it to full gpe. My LTE signal is low now. Can i flash just the radio to latest Tmobile and still get ota updates ?

Accidently i changed my baseband to the USA one, and now i'm getting no service, i tried to wipe cache and dalvik, a factory reset and nothing.
It changed my stock rom also, i changed it on PA 3.99, and when i enter in Stock 4.0.4, boom, still no service.
I made a Google search, and it give me that: Potential Solution for Unlocking Bands on Droid 4 in US - xda-developers, but when i try to read the 4870, i get that:

What i can do to solve this problem? Who can help me?
Please download the original fast boot files for your phone depending on the region and the flash them using software rsd lite do a quick search on Google or xda forums to find the links next time try not to be Rambo

You need to know what region your RAZR is from so I have XT 910 from fido in Canada and I am on jb
So I need to find the jb fastboot files for fido network in Canada and then use the software rsd lite 6.0 (Google for it)
And then videos and other threads explain then procedure

My phone is retail, i'm at ICS 4.0.4, it's French, but i bought it on my country (Brazil).
The version is 672.180.41.XT910.Retail.en.FR.

Yes it is...
But you can also flash a JB fastboot file,you don´t have to go back to ICS,here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2231289 are the fastboot files for JB.

Nope, i was using Android 4.3 (ParanoidAndroid 3.99).
I would advise you to. Listen to welder73 he is giving you good sound advice I would follow his instructions

Jb is much better then ics use the fastboot files of jb and upgrade to jb remember you can't go back once on. Jb

hmm, didn't realize changing basebands on the moto borked it. I've changed basebands on my old galazy s2 x before i fired it just fine. Think I won't do that then..
Odd question, is there a way to unlock the phone to use any sim card from any carrier? using a XT910 GSM Rogers canadian phone, throw in my Telus sim, and it asks for an unlock code..
Need unlock code, can get one for 10 bucks.
Had to unlock my fido one to use with any carrier including Canadians and overseas ones

I will have to look up the name of the Sce I used, was like Unlock.Net or such.
Took 10bucks and about 30min to get the code. All went smooth.

It is impossible to unlock boot loader with photon 2.3.5. But still you can use custom ROMs for locked phones

I just bought a gs4, and I'm confused about loki. The phone I bought has the MDK baseband, and it has twrp installed. Can I flash a rom the same way I flashed roms on my old gs3? If not, I need to know about loki. What exactly is it? thanks

Yes if it's MDK and has twrp you're good to go man. You can install any ROM and kernel you want. You're very lucky to have it. I can link you the MDK Odin file and MDK root method should you need it....

I am using the verizon version of xt910. i flashed cm13 via safestrap onto device and after booting it got stuck on "preparing to start apps, starting apps". it's been there for over 12hrs. so decided to restore my old rom (created a backup), after restoring and booting THE SCREEN GOES BLACK RIGHT AFTER THE M LOGO. Can't access safestrap no more only the stock recovery is available. i wipe everything (cache and data) but still.
NEED HELP!!!!!

I don't think there is a cm13 that is safestrap compatible
