rooted evo lte right now i'm running sense five android 4.1.2 . I downloaded font installer, when i found the font i wanted to install it asked me if i wanted to reboot, i said no and did a hot reboot instead, when i do the hot reboot, the font is the way i want it, however when i do a full reboot, the font i had goes away and i have to redo the process all over again. install font, hot reboot ... fonts back again. does anyone know why this is?
Did it work eight on previous sense roms? I know most every phone and custom roms have problems with custom fonts, usually.

yes it has worked before, on several diff roms. I just hate the roboto font. ugh!

I usually used font installer to change my fonts but this time i tried flashing a .zip in recovery and I checked to make sure all the files were there before i did so, and it worked! finally lol

So I have BAMF SoaB v1.0 installed on my phone and am loving it, but I have 2 questions.
Where is the boot animation located on it, I want to change it I can not seem to find it,
And how can I get rid of where it says "son of a bliss" on the bottom of the notification screen, it is ugly imo.
Can't really remember where it was at on sob try system/media of you have root explorer just search boot and it will come up with the location. And far as changing theme hit up UOT kitchen and edit it or flash an empty one over it with kitchen.

Sense ROMs: /system/customize/resource/
For Asop ROM: /system/media/
Not always BAMF forever has it in system/media

Yes. The correct sequence for above would be STOCK sense roms.
Ok, so i figured out the boot animation, it was in system/customize/resource/VZW_bootanimation.zip
But does anyone know the color and the transparancy level for the bottom bar?

I know but I have no clue what color and transparency the pulldown bar is
Also I found out that when I switch skins the son of a bliss thing goes away. So is there anyway for me to install a stock sense 3.5 skin on there.
Anyone else running soab having issues with android process acore force closing every time you try to open your contacts? I have tried fixing permissions.... Still happens..
Edit: I was running the leaked google+ app... Removed it, rebooted, all working....

For 1, I am not trying to slap them in the face, just the orange text in cursive font goes with nothing on the rom, If it actually matched everything else I would be fine with it there.
And 2, I know how to use kitchen, But I have no clue what the Color and transparency of it is.

and even if you dont want to go to sense 3.0 mikshifted g is a way faster ROM than stock

I know other Roms have it, I just got tired of Sense 3, I enjoyed Mik and Strapped roms but back to stock for a while so maybe it will be new to me in a month. Thanks for the link I had it installed until the bootloop error but I will definitely use it now.

search quick boot in market its what i always used on roms that didnt have the 4-1
OK so took me a bit to get this back up but new site is up thanks to scrosler so make sure to give him a huge thanks! and want to thank Jamison904 for his thread while I was MIA.
So nothing new as of yet but all my old stuff is back up and in order on my new website b00sted.com may be making the red theme soon if ICS dont make a appearance soon lol.

Just flashed this after installing Task's v5.0 KMM ROM and as a few others reported, it locks up the boot animation when doing so....
EDIT - this fixes it.... install the ROM and then let it boot before installing the theme! once it boots, let it sit for a while, and then go back to recovery, flash the theme, and it fires right up, nice......... Thanks again!

Where did others report the issue?
If you guys are going to flash boosted themes. Make sure you are already on my rom and have it booted. Don't flash my rom and then flash the theme without booting in between both flashes.

Starting around post 900, people were having problems with v5.0 booting up, guess that wasn't related to this theme, but rather Task's, must have read it wrong.... when I flashed v5.0 and then this theme right away, I got stuck at the Android text boot animation - when I flashed the ROM first and then let it boot completely, then went back to flash the theme, it worked just fine, so that's where I drew my conclusions from.... didn't mean to insult anyone, if I did!

Ok there are two files that need to be edited/replaced.
If someone wants a new cockring please be specific what ROM your running. It's dependent on that. Also keep in mind that you can change your cockring by applying a different skin a well.

He was looking for a stock lockring for MeanRom I believe. I have tried to change it in that rom many times using M10 tools (swaping the .pngs in Fusion.apk and Idlescreen_Base.apk) then pushing. I have had no luck.Boots up to a lock screen with no lockring everytime. Ive used this method in every other rom with no problem. Not sure why it wont work with MeanRom.

This should be a non-issue now. Mike has included a flashable stock lockring in the v1.0 MeanRom release. It will show up on your SD card in a MeanRom folder.

I have searched far and wide for an answer to this one.
Is there a mod available to allow for 5x5 homescreen in senseui? Half of the reason I use go launcher is the option for 5x5. I know that some of the HTC widgets will not work correctly if you try and stretch them out, that's okay by me. I'm not looking for a 5x5 app drawer matrix, merely to expand the real estate on my home screen.

I used the information from this thread. I'm using zr3dx ics as my Rom. First time, tried with the Rom already setup. Cleaned cache and installed zip. It was stuck on updating android screen. The second time, tried in fresh install with full wipe. It booted, but home was a black screen and senseui would not start.

I thought those might work on any Ics sense Rom, but maybe they are Rom dependent and only work on d3rp.
