Greetings everybody.
I have installed the aforementioned ROM on my Galaxy S2 (i9100) and after successfully partitioning the internal storage according to this thread and using their directions for external sd swapping for Cyanogenmod 10.2 I am facing a problem where both the internal storage and the sd storage are named "Internal Storage" by the phone while I have a blank USB storage and SD storage. I have attached screenshots.
Can you please point me in the right direction to use my sd card as USB storage and make everything else except internal storage "disappear"?

I have a Samsung galaxy s 2 and i installed cm7.
everything works fine, i am not facing any problem
but there is one thing, my micro sd memory card appears as emmc in my phone and the internal storage appears as sdcard
while i was on the stock rom my microsd appeared as external_sd and my applications that i moved to the sd card were on the external_sd
now with cm7 when i move an application to sd card it is actually moved to sdcard which is the internal storage
how can i be able to move the application to my external memory card (micro sd)??

So I have a tablet running ICS with 4Gb of internal storage, and I installed an 8Gb SD card. Problem is, the internal storage is full (got around 5mb left), and when I try to move an app to SD I get an error message because the tablet detects the internal storage as full. I also get a "mount and unmount filesystems" notification.
Any help please?

I just flashed a new ROM on my galaxy S2 GT-I9100... But the USB storage is not mounting. I have inserted an SD card ( 2GB ) .. But instead of showing the SD card in the external storage, it is showing it in the internal storage. My 16GB internal storage is gone.. How can I mount my SD card to external storage and get back my internal 16GB Storage.... ????

The sd card is mounted as a folder and its shown as a folder in internal memory (that aint a problem since if you copy anything into that folder you are copying into the sd card) , and if you are saying that only the sd card is getting mounted and being used instead of internal memory enable root access for aps and adb in settings - developer options, this will mount internal as /mnt/eMMc and if you want to change the default storage go to storage settings press settings button and change from storage configuration, and please include more information like rom type, os version and many other relevant information if you want people to help.

I've just bought Samsung Galaxy S4 Korean made. In the storage option there are two general tabs:-
1- is about Sd card storage which is only 17.8 MB and
2- is about Internal Storage 16GB. So my question is that how can i use internal storage of 16GB as SD card data.
Another problem with my device is that whenever i wanted to put ext sd card (microsd card) it does not show any thing like preparing sd card nothing....

I am on the Moto G3 (osprey) and am running LineageOS 14.1-20170125 nightly. I have a 32gb microSD card formatted as internal storage as well as the internal storage of 16gb.
I have used 7gb out of 14.68gb available on the internal storage and only 2.66gb of the 28.80gb available on the microSD card. However, I am unable to move apps from my microSD card to my internal storage, despite there being plenty of available storage. Whenever I click 'change storage' and select 'internal shared storage', it starts to move and then gives a error saying 'not enough storage space'.
I'm tested this on marshmallow ROMs and it works fine there, but it hasn't worked when I've been on Nougat. I've also tried multiple Nougat ROMs already so I don't think it is a nightly bug.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to move the apps? The only workaround right now is to format the microSD card as portable, install the apps that got uninstalled so that they are on the internal storage, and then format the sd card as internal again. However, i would greatly appreciate if there was another method that doesn't involve this since it takes a while to do.
