There is a step by step guide on the first page of the link I posted above. Explains all what you need to do. Plus if you look through the list of icon packs you will find a HTC pack for you to use.

copy all your apks from data/system. extract all of them with apktool. download the htc icons pngs.
do this for each app.
lets start with messages. go into drawableMdpi and replace ic_launcher.png with the htc messages icon and rename it the same as it used to be.
do this for every other app and you have htc icons
Can i have a fallback_fonts.xml file from system\etc. Coz i have too much edited with system font and i missed some font style. thanks

It cant be ported to Tegra never! Only qualcomm.

There are no tegra libs that have ZOE, simple as that. We cant use Qualcomm camera libs on our phone.
Dude, go blame HTC for using Tegra. Its currently not possible to port (unless you can recompile a binary blob)

Only way is decompiling secsettings.apk
Edit some pngs
Edit styles.XML
And then do whatever u wanted to
And compile
