[Q] Help please - GT-N7100 mt6575 chip

Hi, I have a note II (fake) GT-N7100 with MT6575 chip, dual some.
My original problem was an invalid IMEI issue and after attempting to fix it with mobile uncle now the phone continues to reboot itself.
I'm not to familiar with doing phone flashing. Not sure if that's what I need to do.
I did read somewhere about a program called shuame but not sure if that's what I need. I did
install the software and connected it to my phone after entering factory mode and my phone and factory mode
menu then appeared In the software. Factory mode menu is in Chinese but I can translate. Shuame is also Chinese but can't work it out.
any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.
the only details from the phone that I have are:
GT-N7100
Dual Sim
MT6575 chip
and ver 4.0.4 ice cream
that's all I can recall from the info page.
regards.

[Q] IMEI Invalid (Huawei Ascend G700)

Hello. I have an Huawei Ascend G700 U00. Finished installing the rom Huawei V100R001C00B124 Portugal U00-G700 (Official). However, my IMEI was deleted. When I consult my IMEI by * # 06 # appears invalid IMEI. I've tried several things and I can not retrieve the IMEI and SIM cards enable. Can anyone help me insert my IMEI and SIM cards make it work?
Imei problem also
I'm having a similar problem with my Huawei Ascend G700-U20 (1 sim version). I flashed the stock images with SP flash tool and I have no IMEI defined (says IMEI invalid). I have tried everything but nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Qmobile A290: 2nd SIM or any other SIM doesn't get signals

Hi everyone, I'm using Qmobile A290 with Telenor PK SIM card. Few months ago, I changed its font Roboto Regular from root. After that, instead of the Network Provider name, "Invalid IMEI" is written. I've used AT+EGMR command to fix it but it didn't work. Now if I insert any other SIM card, it does not get signals and have a red cross on the signal icon. But currently using, Telenor PK gets full signals even having problem of Invalid IMEI. If I insert 2nd SIM or any other SIM instead of Telenor, that doesn't get signals. When I checked from Enigineering Mood, signal strength was written there but Emerg Only was true. Please help me how to fix it.

No SIM card detected , Invalid IMEI, Acer Liquid E700

Device: Acer Liquid E700 E39
Build Number: Acer_AV0K0_E39_1.019.00_EMEA_CUS1
Android Version: 4.4.2
My phone was stuck in a bootloop on its own, So i flashed an official ROM from Acer's website ( build: Acer_AV0K0_E39_1.017.00_EMEA_GEN2S).
This however bricked the radio and the SIM card wasn't recognized.
Then i rooted that ROM using KingRoot and then installed CWM recovery.
Then i flashed the Official ROM from Acer's Website ( build: Acer_AV0K0_E39_1.019.00_EMEA_CUS1)
But it Also bricks the radio.
The IMEI is reported as invalid for all 3 SIM Slots.
When i insert a SIM card it says SIM card changed and reboots, however then it says No SIM card detected.
What can i do to fix this.
