Mate first you can't post questions on Dev forum, second i'll help you asap before someone start attacking you because of this lol, www.sammobile.com, register, find the Odin Flasher, find the firmware you want, and find a guide on google to how to use Odin!

It's an international version and I should install Odin select the rom in PDA and put my phone in download mode and click start in Odin right ?
Got ya I'll look around but I've never had to use Odin to flash anything besides to do the rooting process u would just need to get into ur recovery mode ether using clockwork mod or teamwin pro an that's how u would flash a ROM to the s2

Lol you don't need to be rooted inorder to flash a stock ROM
1. Yes you can flash a JB firmware directly
Go to here and find your fitting firmware. You can check by going to setting>about phone
Do you know how to flash this stock rom with Odin?
*edit - you will be unrooted when you flash stock JB rom so you will have to root it again using any JB-rooting method

Why you don't update to 4.3? I has been reading the forum and i think that it's better to the phone be updated.

Go read the sticky thread in general forum, you are missing most basic knowledge.
As above, updating to latest stock rom is recommended. 4.0 will kill the phone memory.
Don't ask for rom recommendation.
