[ROM][UNOFFICIAL] CM11 for Xperia Z Ultra (1/13/14) - Sony Xperia Z Ultra

Please read carefully:
This is an unofficial CM11 build for Xperia Z Ultra. Please do not report bugs to the CM team as togari does not yet have official CM11 support. However, those following development and building on their own have been able to build successfully, and it is at a point where I believe it is useable enough to share.

Instructions:
FTF to .290 firmware (4.3) - No need to flash system or kernel partitions
Fastboot flash boot.img with recovery (if necessary)
Install ROM + Gapps in recovery
Wipe data/cache
Reboot

That's a togari model number.
This is not compatible with Z1, but should work with all ZU models (LTE or HSPA).

Is the call list misalignment fixed here? https://jira.cyanogenmod.org/browse/CYAN-848
Any issues exept the HW accelleration (I use MX Player Pro anyway)? 3D can be easily tested with Temple Run for example.

How to install this?
I came from .290 stock rooted and after flashing boot.img from this rom zip screen remains blank after rebooting, nothing happens had to flash .290 ftf again.

This is not an issue in 4.4.2, since the dialer is redesigned.
I didn't test a game, but the 3D section of Antutu skips.

You need to hold volume down when it phone boots and the led is purple, that will enter recovery. Then flash the zip and gapps from there.

ssx is not running.but asphalt 8 is. so antutu didn't reported right?

Ya i held vol up button(for CWM) not vol down when led is purple, may be thts the reason, will try again.

This is great news! I'm waiting on my XZU to arrive in the mail. I've been on CM builds on my current Samsung Note 1 for years now. Looks like I'll get to keep enjoying 4.4 goodness without missing a beat. Thanks for all the hard work!

It's incredible smooth and all, but the non-working video is a dealbreaker for me. I already knew this of course, but is it hard to make it work again?
Edit: I've got no root btw. I'm not able to delete anything from /system. I rooted after i flashed the ROM.
Edit: Video (S/W) works with MX Player.
