Download one of CWM backups and use 7z to look into and extract the apk from data. It's too easy ...

Copy the Apk from your /system/app to your pc and the Apk with winrar and open android manifest.xml and add this android:screenOrientation="portrait"
At least it works with my app that I am developing in eclipse.
