Hi people,
I have Xperia u for a year and 2 months now,and its still on Gingerbread.I have upgraded once to ICS but camera problem and others make me go back to GB.i see there are multiple jelly bean roms on this forum,based on stock jelly bean from Xperia P or Xperia Go,so i would ask someone if its not to much to post two or three pictures with camera on Xperia u with jelly bean on it.i am locked bootloader and would unlock it if the camera is normal in jelly bean because on ics it isnt.so if someone can please do 2-3 pictures in ROOM CONDITION SO THE FLASH IS USED,because there i could see is there balance prob like in ics or not.

unlock and flash any of the unofficial stock jb
the camera is pretty good like gb

Hi there is there any way you can put an AOKP like status bar control, with the possibilities to move clock, percentage of battery and/or more things like that in the stock ICS for Neo V?

Mmm taking advantage of the thread and seeing you are using a jelly bean rom, what is a good mod for our neo v that has every function activated? I don't care about ICS or JB but the stock rom seems so bloated, I have even less ram available than in my ex Optimus One.

Most of the custom Rom are bloatfree so just give a try to a Rom you like
First check whether you have a locked bl or unlocked
Some Rom are functional only for unlocked bl....

Problems with the network and Wi-Fi are actually solved now you can make calls and send SMS messages. On the web sit you can not yet. Problems with Wi-Fi, we decided to half as long as it does not have very successful. The problem with the display we have decided today, and will lay out a patch to update this week. The system currently has a stable core and not too bright runs. Some problems are still with the camera can be patched to remove the Strait of ICS.

Scritch's JB rom is really awesome! You guys should really try it out! Camera , wifi , data all working. So far camcorder is not working..hotspot too.

Hey guys.
I currently own an xperia Mini and I want to upgrade to a new phone. I am confused between Xperia U and Xperia Sola. Kindly tell me which phone is good between these two. I'm a bit leaning towards sola because of expandable storage. I want your opinions. sorry if I posted in wrong section but I think here I can get responses from sola as well as xperia U users.

well, i don't really care about jelly bean since we all will get jelly bean eventually from our kind developers here at XDA.

In hardware is similar, xperia u has better resolution, but xperia sola have external storage, xperia u have front camera and nice ilumination bar, for mi xperia u is more beatiful

Go for Sola, it has floating touch + expandable memory and I think it also has some sort of notification light below the display (like Xperia Miro).
The U only has 4GB + front camera + colorful bar.
Ok, so I dug a bit, seems the big drawback of Jelly Bean on Ray is the photo app. Cybershot one on ICS is really good, and I really missed it on JB. So that's me asking if there other way of improving the JB camera, and if you think that it will be fixed when Sony will launch JB ?

CM can't run stock or stock modded camera... because of the difference in framework of both Timescape and CM UI...

as we don't have jb camera libs
I dont know bt i am using cm10 from some days and camera is just wonderful. Video recording i dnt know as i never used that even in stock based roms
