Someone here could create a ROM for motorola razr xt918 or could provide me material for mounting a? I would greatly appreciate it. : Chorando:

There isn't much if anything on XDA for that phone, being that is only in Brazil at the moment. Someone correct me if I'm wrong on that. It does look like a pretty nice device. You can read some info here on it.

It seems that this tread is in the wrong form. I would repost it in the general form. Thanks

XDA made a mistake in a post about Razr bootstrap. Apparently Nitro was given credit by the OP but not XDA author. Please XDA correct this and at least show Nitro that you have heard what was said. Hes too good a dev to lose for something that should be so easy to fix.

This might be better noticed by xda if posted on the "site talk" forum or something similar
Misleading article should definitely be fixed
Someone point us in the right direction and we will support nitro! Author email or another place to post? Article should be fixed.

Aurthor pm or email and we just fill it up until he listens would be a good way.
It doesn't make sense why it is taking this long to fix it. Should be a quick edit and be done with !!!

I agree. While the community is knowledgeable about many things I'm not quite sure many people would know this info without having to look it up themselves.

It is a troll reply. It is a one word answer that serves no purpose and fails to help the person asking the question in any way. Coming from a senior member, that's worse. I think it's very rude to assume that someone did not do the appropriate searching before asking a question. You did not even bother to ask if i did search.
The forum as well as the internet has been searched. Of course, i'd be very quick to admit that i didn't search well if just one of you clowns that were so quick to look like the 'punk' you claim i am in your quest to be as rude as possible, were to show me that the 'internet' has the answers i seek.
Now back to the question. I am looking for the housing for the XT912/XT910(white version) - Both front and back. I've found online sources for the black one but not the white one and going to Verizon isn't an option as i am overseas. Is there any source for these parts that ship internationally or at least inside the States itself(i can use a forwarding service from there on).
PS : I say again, that was a troll reply. I would really appreciate not having to receive replies saying the 'internet' has the answers i need again without any sources to show otherwise.

If you feel that you cannot contribute in a proper manner to a question or a discussion, please refrain from replying. That would save me having to put you in your place.
You didn't put anyone in their place, instead you look like someone that needs to relax
Good luck on your search!

Thanks. If you come across this, do let me know.
The internet does not always have all the answers. Real life connections are what eventually get things on to the internet.
I'll keep my eyes out for ya, pal.
If i find something this will be the first thread I hit.

Hi peeps,
Sorry if this has been addressed prior but I was unable to locate and been looking all over for solutions...
I just bought a Verizon Droid X2 to use on MetroPCS. The phone is running 2.3.4 and I just performed the 1 click root... Can someone please advise me with the additional settings to get the device transitioned over to MetroPCS?? Any/all help is greatly appreciated!

Used to be a lurker and now I feel the need to contribute something. I am going to get an installer for ICS together and wanted to ask mattlgroff if i can submit it to him connected to his utility. Would just be nice to have that connected so everything could be done at once from a new Droid RAZR.
I would think there would be many that would appreciate this, thank you.

Also replied to his XDA message this morning
Information on these forums is really scattered, and since I'm not very into tinkering with phones, there's some terminology and processes I'm not familiar with. A lot of the posts here assume everyone reading knows what everything means, where to find certain things, and how to do certain things.
I have a Verizon/CDMA Maxx with 6.16.211, ICS 4.0.4. I want to install the Jellybean update that leaked on christmas eve. The closest bit of information I've found simply said "here's a zip file, install from external storage using moto recovery". It didn't mention how to access moto recovery, it didn't say where I need to put the files, it didn't tell me if I was going to lose all my data, etc. I just want some clearer information.
My only major question is, if I install this "accidental OTA update", what happens when the official/final Jellybean OTA update comes out?
Any help is appreciated. :good:
Thanks
Look at my thread above. Shoukd help you. Im a noob too and i did it lol

Well I was in the wrong subforum.. that explains it. I didn't expect something like that to be in the development forum since it doesn't have much to do with development.
