CM11 and MySMS or TabletTalk - Motorola Droid RAZR

Ok, I have MySms and tablet talk on my phone and tablet and I have issues with both apps.
Mysms,
With Mysms it seems that when i try to send a message from my tablet to my phone it just sits their and try sending until i take and open the app from the phone, then it will send. It will however send the received message to my tablet without issue.
Tablet Talk.
I can connect via WiFi or Bluetooth without a issue, but the issue I have is, when i get a new message i check it on my tablet, but it will not mark it read on the phone. When trying this i have tried using the stock messaging, handcent, Chomp sms, and MySms as the the messaging app.
Any help in getting one of these working properly would be helpful.
Thanks.

HELP! SMS Problem.

Cannot access any of my sms messages, phone is vibrating on receipt of a message. However no notification, or message is displayed on any software.
Anyone have any ideas? I'm thinking about just going back to Windows Mobile after all this hassle! lol.
Also, if i send a message...it seems to lock up even though they send... If I go into messages again afterwards it appears in the list... however if I try and open the message I have sent this also just freezes.
Any ideas?
Can you give us any more information?
Has the phone always done this or just started recently?
What firmware is the phone running?
Have you installed any other SMS applications?

Text message issue with 2.1

I receive mesaages just fine, but my messages are stuck 'sending'. this is with handcent and default messaging. Also, i am unable to download pictures that i receive..nor do people get the ones i send...what gives. Had no issues on 1.6
Also, sense i am on the subject, anyway to make handcent look like the default messenger?

SMS issue
If you are not receiving it sounds like there is a problem with your phone account, phone your network operator and check that they haven't put a bar on your account (for late payment etc). MMS issue sounds like you don't have the right APN for your network, either use the Sony Ericsson set-up wizard to get the right settings or get your network operator to send them to you.

a strange glitch....thought i was on my own here
I had it too. I just restarted the phone and now it's working again. No idea what caused it.

[Q] Problem sending SMS via thread view

A problem I've been having since I got my phone, is that I can't send/reply SMS's via thread view. Initially I thought my SMS centre number was incorrectly setup, but after checking, it appears to be fine. I can receive SMS's fine, and later on I found out sending SMS's via the new message button works fine too.
Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong? It's getting a bit annoying having to reply to messages by creating a new message everytime.
Actually on second thoughts, thread view works intermittently. Some contacts seem to work fine, and others seem to work if I use thread view to message immediately after sending a new message to them via the work around.
No one has any thoughts or ideas?

This can be done for free on Webos , How to pair(almost) any phone with TouchPad to send and recv SMS/Calls!!! Like Pre3 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1290274. i have done this myself and it works perfectly.
Also if you install SMS Backup+ on your phone you can link to any Gmail A/C and Automatically backup SMS, MMS and call log entries using a separate label in Gmail / Google Calendar. It is also possible to restore SMS and call log entries back to the phone.

Hope this is of use.
yes i know that this can be done in webos, i did it there and i was exited to find a way to do it in cm9 too cause its sooo cool feature not only about sms but for handling calls too. So now i have another reason to get anxious for microphone fix
anyway its an easy and unique app that i was looking from the first time a got my tp so i thought to share it.

[Q] MMS won't send

I'm having trouble with my phone's messaging. I can send texts fine, but I can't send any group messages or MMS messages. I've tried unrooting, updating to the newest OTA update, using a third party texting app, and replacing the SIM card. Nothing works. I can't send or receive group messages or attachments. I tried Go SMS Pro, and when I tried to send group messages, it failed, then sent the message individually to each person. When I tried sending a picture, it said the service was not activated on the network.
This got me thinking it might be something with our texting plan, but everyone else in my family can send and receive group messages and attachments without problems. So it's a problem with my phone only. Does anyone have suggestions?

might try going into your setting and unchecking fastboot .. read somewhere that worked for others ... good luck
Nope, that didn't work, either before or after a reboot. Any other suggestions?
Had a similar issue. I don't know if its because I'm still locked and unrooted but I recieved an error code when I would try to send messages. I actually had to get o the phone with Big Red and they had reconnect me to another network connection of some sorts. Weird.

Sorry, what do you mean you had to "get o the phone with Big Red"? You had to carry it back to Verizon?

This has been solved. I switched my number in January, and the service had been disabled then. I was able to get into a live chat with a vzw customer support guy, and he was helpful enough not only to fix MMS, but also group messaging on my phone. It took a couple of hours after trying in vain to put a password in over the phone, but contacting Verizon is the only way to fix this. If you have rooted your phone (as I had previously), and you still have that ugly "tampered" or "relocked" message at the top of the bootloader, Verizon's live chat system is probably your best bet. Even if you haven't rooted your phone, live chat may be faster. You can skip the "reboot, reset, ask other employees for help" routine you'll probably go through if you go to a physical location.
I think I have the same problem too..
When I'm sending a group message .. one of or two of the messages wont send
