I did some modification in build.prop file and restarted my phone. Now it just stuck on mmx boot logo everytime i restart it. .

U the same fb guy. Amit brother have provided a zip of. Build.prop . Flash it. And ur phone will be back to normal.

Flash a new stock rom through sp flash tools. .
check other threads you will find the guide on flashing through sp tools

I created a custom rom using the stock rom of Micromax A116i and after rebooting its stuck on Samsung Logo and not going further. Can some one help me in fixing this.

Iam trying to port Samsung Note 3 rom and I have not extracted boot.img, will that might be a problem

copy zimage file stock 2 port
rapack it
add new boot image in 2 ur coustem rom and flash it throw CWM

Or adb in and push stock files which would be a bit tough
So best will be reflash the rom
But hey you can use QTadb to get in and replace the themed files with stock ones

Yes. That will do.
I think you flashed a theme with stock odexed ROM. Do remember next time most of the themes are for DEODEXED ROMS.

wat abt tat qtadb?
bro flash a kernel having cwm and always be on it......coz whenever such things happen all u need to do is keep an additional update.zip of a working theme......and if u get stuck flash tht using cwm recovery and ur fone will be allright.......
and much better is use multiboot kernel........and save ur rom using cwm.....whenever ur fone gets problem ......just using multiboot flash the rom u saved........
update.zip will be helpfull when u get problems due to themes.....

This soft bricking can even happen if u dont have sufficient /system space. see that minimum system space=theme's file size.
If u dnt have enough system space, then u need to delete some system apps to free some space using adb or qtadb and then replace theme files
Best solution is to reflash

First put this zip file in the root of your sd card,then go to recovery mode and apply update from sdcard then select your zip file that u wanna flash after that select reboot system now. Your zip will be flashed.

You could use Aroma File manager or restore clockworkmod backup(if you have one)

here is what you can do instead of flashing the whole stock rom..
take systemui.apk
and take any flash-able zip for 5830i
and extract the zip
and delete all folder except for META-INF folder..
make a new folder named as 'system' and in system make another folder 'app'
now paste the systemui.apk in app folder..
zip it and flash it via cwm recovery..
(in zip there will be two folder, META-INF and system)

i tried installing some custom roms due to which my phone's brigtness stud still n couldnt change n while locking my device using power button screen would go off n not wake up need to remove battery n start again so wanted to install jelly bean bk using sp tools but after updating firmare my phone showed a black screen nothin else even after 40 mins and i m unable to boot into recovery mode too plz help i got a back up in cwm but it showed some error n brigtness n screen dead issue came up plzz help !!!

I am a canvas 2 plus user. maybe i can help you.
1) IF ANYONE FACING AFTER PHONE LOCK ,ONLY BLACK SCREEN SHOWING HERE IS METHOD TO SOLVE THIS BUG.
>> OPEN FLASH TOOL IN UR COMPUTER.
>> LOAD SCATTER OF V1 OR V2 STOCK ROM IN SP FLASH TOOL.
>> AFTER ALL FILES LOADED UTICK ALL EXCEPT IK.BIN (UBOOT.BIN).
>> CLICK ON DOWNLAOD AND CONNECT UR PHONE TO COMPUTER.
>> LET THE PROCESS TO FINISH.
>> AFTER DOWNLAOD WINDOW SHOWN NOW REMOVE USB FROM COMPUTER.

hey bro i have mistakenly installed canvas hd stock jelly bean rom thats y the black screen issue came caz i hav a110q (canvas 2 plus) and sp tools isnt detecting my phone should i uninstall a110q drivers n install canvas hd drivers and then try ?? can u plz send me links of stock rom for micromax canvas 2 plus (a110q) i m really pissed with the costumer care reply i cannot afford a new phone atm :/ i gav to costumer care they said some hardware issue n now today they saying we doing last try but its very rare of ur set working again.:crying:

I believe you can boot into cwm. If you can make all proper wipes and install this rom from here: http://d-h.st/mZO

This Time I have Made the Recovery Flashable file so U dont flash the BootLogo by ADB
DOwnlOAD the ZIP files from the Attachment given below and Place it in UR SDcarD .... U can also See the Image of BOOTLOGO. Instruction
1: Boot Into The RECOVERY
2: Flash The ZIP file
3: Wipe cache and dalvik cache
4: Hit REBOOT and BOOOOOOOOM babYyy:victory:
