I have a ROOTED Verizon Galaxy Note 3 purchased through verisons edge program. I got my note 3 in November of 2013 my note 3 is in ment condition no scraches scuffs it has been in a otterbox defender series since day one. The otterbox is also in great condition. Im looking to trade to the note 2 VZW of course, the note 2 must also be like new with no signs of ware. Also the software must be 4.1.2 NOT 4.3. Hi everyone. I am looking to buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 or the HTC One Max. I want to see how much the Galaxy Note 2 was when it came out last year. How much was it unlocked when it released last year? Also how much was the HTC One unlocked when it came out earlier this year. I just want to know so I can get a rough estimate.
Do you guys think it's an even trade for Unlocked Tmobile Note to trade for an unlocked Galaxy S5?

S5 is only 16 gb and has less ram.
What do you guys think? Should Galaxy S5 add more money for a Note 3?
Also, what about value of the phone? is the Note 3 with 32gb worth more that S5 with 16gb?

The Note 3 is technically worth more money, but the S5 is a better phone IMO.
Note 3 big screen is a great plus to be honest. 3gb ram too
I used both and Note3 is smoother for some reason, probably the larger memory.
The S5 is more valuable because its the newer device. Most ppl ask to trade their note 3 for an S5, not the other way around.

a friend of mine has both and he said they are the same, but he is trying to sell me his backup note 3... and its a selling point.
My son bought a Verizon Galaxy Note 2 at a yard sale. Turns out he needs a Sprint-branded phone, so he's going to try and sell this one. It is currently not activated, not under contract, does not have any outstanding payments against the prior owner, and has a SIM card.
How can we "carrier unlock" it so that he can sell it for a higher price?
I know you can unlock it by using some apk's but that info its on the Sprint Galaxy Note 2 section, this section is for Verizon Galaxy Note 2
Phones is like 4-5 years old, you arent going to get much more outta it....its more of a bonus if it is rooted and unlocked bootloader, not carrier. People buy Nexus brand phones for that (+ others)
