I'm using SetCPU to the On demand profile. What is the default Govoner? I want to know so I'm not making the app force my CPU to the same profile it has stock....

You can use row. I have while plugged in as priority, with that one overclocked to 2659 (I could be off on the last two digits), and the others not at priority (screen on and off states) not at priority with the top end at the baseline for the CPU.

Well that's for I/O. I'm wondering about govoner profiles.

Max 1200, min 200 ...... DO NOT USE PROFILES, our phone can not handle them for some reason, regardless of ROM/kernel....also i would advise NOT checking "set on boot" as the majority of users have been experiencing problems where your settings will reset to dangerously low clocks....even if you uncheck it your settings will be preserved upon reboots
Do you use ondemand or something else.

I have the same issue and I am running jokers Kernel.
I don't think the photon kernals have any of those settings built in.

The nvidia chip is only capable of scaling.
Here's a little bit more info on the Tegra and governors.
I use lookout.
I only get 1hour of battery. Then it dies. Could lookout be the cause?
Extra info.
Only overclocked to 1.2ghz -75 mV every freq. Screenstate consertive ondemand wake. Logcat enabled. Glitch v13.

No. Does that mean it doesnt?

If your android system usage is high, it may still be the culprit. Try uninstalling lookout and see for yourself.

I uninstalled it
My battery is very good right now. And has been for the last hour or two.
But I like having the security, so I'm lost. Don't know what to use

i dont find it necessary to have a antivirus on an android. as long as your careful about what you download then you should be fine. you could also just get a firewall to use on certain apps or if you have MIUI there is one built in

+1
Read all the review from Market for the apps u want to run. If still paranoid, search on xda first before downloading. No need for Lookout..
I use lookout, I have no issues with battery. I keep data off unless I need it.

Have you tried other cpu apps? It's not normal for trickster to not save the settings you change.

Try another kernel, like the one in the psx+psk thread.

Check and make sure that your min frequency really isn't going below 1026 MHz. mpdecision has a side effect with most kernel tweak apps that they will show the min frequency being bumped back to 1026 MHz (or whatever mpdecision is set at for your kernel) but you should actually see that the frequency is lowering to what you set it to at idle.
Touch boost causes mpdecision to boost to 1026 if you watch it for a min it will go back down until you touch it again.
