[Q] Cannot Install Google Play Services - Motorola Droid RAZR

I am unable to install Google Play Services. I am getting the error "Application cannot be installed in the default install location". I've installed and updated other apps, but this is the only one giving me problems.
This has been going on for a while, but more and more applications require it. I couldn't even get my RedBox app to work anymore.
I just got the latest OTA this morning, and hoped it may somehow fix it, but no luck. Any ideas?

"Google play services won't run unless you update"

Recently I have updated my Sony Xperia SP running cm12 to android 6.0, using the cm updater. I used to run 5.1 I believe, using this update my phone kept rebooting randomly (when starting any app, after running any app for a while, just random). Now that I updated to 6.0 I got rid of that problem, but where this problem ended, it started another one. The very popular "unfortunately, google play services has stopped" error occurred, while I got a notification in my notification bar which said: "Google play services won't run unless you update" or something like that. I have tried everything I could find on the web, such as the obvious clear cache, delete the app etc etc., but unfortunately nothing seems to work... I can't run the playstore app either. At this time I have deleted the play services and now I am getting the error in the notification bar that "*app* won't run without Google Play services".
If anyone could help me with this problem without having to factory reset my phone that'd be amazing. Thanks in advance.
PS. I thought it might have been possible to update the gapps to 6.0 using recovery, but for some reason it doesn't go into recovery either...
same problem here but with RR LP 5.5.9

[HELP] Play store stuck at authentication, syncing doesn't work too!!

Device: xiaomi redmi 3 pro running MIUI 7.3 (Lollipop)
I can't open play store, I get "Authentication is required. You need to sign into your Google Account" error.
Also syncing gmail doesn't work, I get "Sync is currently experincing problems. It will be back shortly."
I don't care about sync, I just want to be able to use play store! It's a new phone and I could install some apps, but after rebooting phone play store gives authentication error.
I tried: deleting data on google apps, reboot, removing google acc and trying on another account, removing play store updates, installing the newest google play store version
Lastly I tried factory reset - THIS WORKED! I installed my apps again, but after I rebooted my phone, the play store stopped working again.
I don't know what to do anymore, it seems that rebooting my phone breaks play store forever. Please help

App can't install. Conflicting signatures.

Alright, first, I should point out that I'm not a developer, I've never worked with adb and so on. I'm posting here because I don't know where else to post.
So, I'm trying to install Tekken mobile on my phone (Galaxy S8 Exynos version, Android 7.0, rooted with Magisk and I also have TWRP). When I search the game in the Google Play store app, it doesn't show up. I have to search the play store in the browser and open it in the Play Store from there. If I press install it downloads normally, but when it gets to the installing phase, it gives me an error 910. If I try to sideload it, the apk installer fails to install it and says that the package conflicts with an existing package by the same name. But the game isn't already installed on my phone. The whole story is: I actually had the game installed and needed to update it, but the update would fail (Google Play Store error 910), so I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it, error 910 again, I tried to sideload it and the packages are in conflict for some reason, even though the game isn't installed. Can anyone help me fix this?

Do i need to root my TB-7304N tablet?

An Android device must NOT be rooted to install Google Play Store on it. Use Google Installer v3 to install Google Play Store. The Google Installer v3 comes as an APK which you can directly download and install on your device. Fortunately, this app doesn’t void warranty as it isn’t performing root or modifying the system files. Once the Google apps have been installed, you can uninstall this app.

So when the Google Services Framework keeps stopping then you know there is something wrong with one of the Google Apps you have installed on your phone. Either Google Services Framework, Google Play Services or Google PlayStore. Picking out the particular app responsible might be tasking so it might be best to just clear the data and cache of ALL three apps and also remove or log out of your Google Account and log back in and finally re-boot device.
