Hello , I've an Optimug E971 ex Rogers , i've flashed various roms for F180L and E975 and the phone worked well but still the rear camera problem... NOT Working ! I know it's for incompatibility kernel of the camera ... 8MP for E971 and 13MP for others ...
Can i flash the kernel of original E971 ?
Any guide about or previous solved ?

That's the question, how can I port the camera files from my device, from the stock rom so I can get CM 10.1 working on my device... I own a LG Optimus L9 P768, CM is working on the P760 variant, but the camera on the P768 is 8mpx and on the p760 it's 5mpx, here it is the source code for the P768... I guess it is needed:

I'm using cm 10 on my Lg 7 (p700 with 5MP camera )
its not first time when i flash some rome on my phone, i'm all time looking for best custom room
so far it tryed only slim bean and cm 10 ( in may case CM 10 is the best )
but before i flashed Slim Bean i was on CM 10 (dont renember what date of nightlie it was) i got bug on my front camera
Back camera works perfect zoom autofocus, etc. but when i whant to swich on front camera its freez on black screen, nothing hepening until got error " ..... gallery has been stopped " and then i'm back on desktop. i cant open camera until i clean data on camera app, after that camera is working on back camera !
I trayed on other app its same ! and i cant use skype video calling to. same error .
i'm all time update CM10 to lastetst nightlies but its not fixing my front camera
How can i fix it ?

So I just unlocked the bootloader on my L70 and installed a recovery, Been searching all around for
a lollipop rom... I have found lots of lollipop roms but all of them have a non working useless camera.
Even the kitkat based custom roms have the non working camera, So I went back to stock L70 rom.
So... Is there any rom out there for the LG L70 D320n F8 that actually has a full working camera? That's
my only concern really... I can live with any other problem with any custom rom for the phone so long
as the camera works....
PD: I mean the REAR CAMERA not the front camera.

Now they have found solutions for the various problems for 8MP L70 devices( *F8 varients ). Though cyanogenmod is discontinued by now..
after flashing with the original stock ROM , the front camera is reversed and the rear camera doesn't work totaly
I try all camera apps but it seems to be a system error .
