Have you installed cyanogenmod 4.3 or did you installed cyanogenmod 10.2 (android 4.3). I think the last one. But anyway i don't know if you can change it in settings but there are apps that you can download from the play store who will change the font for you.

So I just flashed CM 10.1 and it seems to be working fine.
But I kind of detest the messaging app and AOSP keyboard.
Since it has JB 4.2.2. I wanted to ask that can I flash the themes (that require JB) in the apps and themes section on CM 10.1 and will those work ? Or CM10.1 has a totally different modding ?

I think that you should see does original Resurrection Remix 4.4 has that option. Because our developers are building ROM from our sources + sources of ROM that is created from original developers of it.
