Android 4.4.2 KitKat official OTA? - Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note 3

Any word on when T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, or AT&T will get their hands on a TouchWiz UX Nature flavored version of KitKat?
I hear the SM-N900 and SM-N905 are getting it.

No. All you have to do is go to any of the android websites, they all have the same stories, more or less. (AP, AC, Phan, etc) And not a one says boo about impending ota (in the US).
But if you look in the general section, you'll seen a rdf thread, read the last 5 pages, that's all the news fit to print. Also check out the leak thread, read up there too.

Lol because I'm addicted to having the Latest & Greatest... and I just never really feel right unless I've run the official build for a week or two.. (Even though CM11 is my favorite ROM)

And i thought Flash Support stopped at Jellybean anyway... (I may be wrong but that's what I thought) because if im not mistaken on my S3 you had to get it from elsewhere (not in the playstore) to have it

Sprint is testing it already and the international S4 is about to get its first leak (Tweet 1, Tweet 2) so I bet it won't take too long.

You could side load it and it will work still but not on kit kat. The flash fix for dolphin is the only thing I've seen and I just found out about that. The bean works great for me so I'm in no rush for the kk update.
If you want Flash just use the FlashFox browser. It works fine for me
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.browser.flashfox
It won't work with the regular flash apk on kk. Anything lower, then yes.
I don't want them to necessarily hurry, just want them to do it right. I'd wait an extra week if it meant less buggy.

Yeah no point in jumping the gun, although I'm starting to jump on this ART bandwagon, 4.4 AOSP is noticeably faster with it enabled.

Yea Art runs great as long as you don't use xposed or any other custom apps. That's the only thing that keeps me from sticking with it. Although Liquid is building a lot of the things I used xposed for right into their rom.

Yea beanstalk is a really awesome ROM. Definitely my second favorite after liquid now. Both are stable as hell.. And actually I just switched over to ART for good , the latest liquid added a couple more things that I really don't need xposed anymore.
If you need to flash something ...try liquid.

wtf..
1. Why release 4.4 and not 4.4.2? I guess we have to wait 4 more months for 4.4.2...

At&t Galaxy S4 Active is getting 4.4 kitkat update today.
http://www.androidpolice.com/2014/0...droid-4-4-ota-update-to-the-galaxy-s4-active/
How is that our verizon S4 is getting slower update than S4 variant (Active) ?
Such is life dealing with Verizon. They were first to bring 4.3 and will be last for 4.4.2. The leak is out if you want flash it though.

Maybe they're waiting to release 4.4.3

Looks like it will be may 2 if the leak paper is right. I figured they would do 4.4.3 also but nope
Sent from my SCH-I545 using xda app-developers app
Well Samsung doesn't even have 4.4.3 for the international model, so no way we are getting it.
Wow...I just read Verizon decided to skip 4.4.2 altogether for S4 and N3 so they could use it as a selling feature on the S5. Looks like we'll be waiting another 6-8 months for whatever L version of android comes next.

Not sure exactly what you want proof of, but here is Verizon holding back 4.4 on the S4 to promote the S5.
Thread closed. Please continue all 4.4.3 discussion in this thread.

[Q] Verizon, HTC and Anniversaries ....

Please check my facts ... here's the deal. Last week, I was about to pull the trigger on a Verizon deal for a pair of HTC One (M7s) as an Anniversary gift for me and wifey. My spouse thought she surprise me first and well, she did. She picked up the HTC (M7) and got me a new Verizon S4 (4.3) on contract.
Now I'm all caught up on 4.4.2 KitKat issues on the S4 ( of course, after I bought a 32gb extSD) and the various ways of rooting (too many to count now) and etc. etc. etc.
A very tardy 4.4.x for Verizon is rumored to be here in a couple of weeks. Will this OTA break the LOKI bootloader bypass? I love both of the phones and am a Touchwiz fan to a degree, but I'm wondering what the future may hold.
Is this a waiting game for now? I wonder if I could return the S4 (after 2 weeks) by bringing to light the absurdity of selling [sic] anyone a phone with SD card designs that are compromised to a large degree (I know, not completely) ....
Thanks in advance.

Loki was only for MDK.
Anything after can be rooted and install SafeStrap. The official Verizon 4.4.2 isn't out yet but there is a leaked version as well as a method to update to it from mk2 and keep root.
Just do a lot of research before jumping into anything that you may not be able to come back from.
