Hi. Few times a day a have huge screen lag. I Installed ram manager from Juergen app then uninstalled few apps which I don't use and still no changes.
Why memory is in high usage and how can I fix it?

Nothing wrong with your memory, thats how android works: http://www.androidcentral.com/ram-what-it-how-its-used-and-why-you-shouldnt-care
If you are using TouchWiz launcher, you can fix the lag by moving to other launcher (i suggest 'Nova Launcher'), using 'Greenify' to hibernate unused apps , or changing to another rom:
TouchWiz seems to work very smoothly on this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2060403

get an app called disable service and another one called greenify..with greenify you can just hibernate a particular app if its running in background[user app in free version and system app in donation version]
with disable service you can stop google framework and services that are always working in background...but be very specific about disabling those processes coz some are important for play store functionality..
Maybe try a factory reset.. If it's so bad

I have all ways problem with facebook widget app after I open games or havy apps.
The facebook widget dosen't work, I also have a delay in whatsapp messages delivery.
I use original rom stock. Does anybody can tell what could be the problem?

Try to kill all apps and clear ram memory after playing the game

This is not a solution, I'll need to do it after each time when I open a game...and this happens not only after I use games also when I use chrome browser
Have you tried updating your rom or installing custom one
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda premium
Yes I updated my rom to its last version. I don't want to install a custom rom...
I disabled s memo via android settings (there are two s memo apps actually in android applications-i disabled them both), but after some days s memo is still in my ram services in cached applications. The most weird part is that the amount of ram it reserves varies (from 7 to 20 mb) like it's an active application ! What has Samsung done ?? I am not rooted , everything in stock condition.
If you not rooted there is not much you can do. You already deactivated it but I think that's all you can do for now.

Thanks for the answer. I have disabled many bloatware apps and none of them activates itself again, taking ram space it should't. What is the deal with samsung and s memo ? Am i the only one ?
I just checked and S-Suggest is using 4.2 Mb in running services and S-Note has 2.2 Mb in cache on my Note 2. I still have about 750 Mb ram remaining so I haven't noticed any slow down.
May I ask how you switch off S-Voice, if you have.

S-voice is the first thing i disable. Go to settings - Applications Manager - All (third tab). You can choose which app you want to disable.
to "disable" it.. you have to be rooted. You can download applications like Titanium Backup to do the job or SystemAppRemover

I believe that disabling it from android settings is the same as freezing it with titbackup.
Titbackup sounds funny xD lol
Anyway, yes seems like it..

Same here. Disabled both instances but the process still appears, and... it's class is android.process.core. Hard-coded bloatware?
Daft question perhaps...
Have you also removed any widgets associated with it?

Well guys this is weird. While using chrome, music app stops working and closes automatically. It doesn't happen with any other browser. I'm on indisn firmware 4.1 1 right now, non rooted. Anyone has any suggestions or facing same issue?
One more question, is the high ram usage fixed in uk version lla or it's the same??
Sent from my GT-I9300 using. xda app-developers app
Its the ram usage...the phone automatically closes other apps for freeing ram so that apps that uses huge resources like chrome can work..since music player works in the background.the low memory killer feature force closes the apps...i have personally experienced this problem when using facebook flipboard etc..

Any possible solution bro?
One question though, what's the point of having a powerful phobe such as s3 if it can't even run 2-3 apps at a time?
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda app-developers app
Try clearing recently used programs list...since recently used programs will be cached for quickly launching next time the user needs it.it will take up a lot of ram...also try using advanced system care from play store...this app proved useful to me and many others..if it still doesn't work..try to uninstall least used apps..since some services will run in the background and eats up ram..and still not working means..keep the post alive and we can expect someone will come up with a solution
Hope this helps..

Yup waiting for some more replies. The above i already tried, no effect.

Bump!
Well i've successfully rooted mu device and i hope there can be more ways now to make it lagfree. So can anyone please suggest any ways now? I don't wanna install any custom kernel or recovery. Just wanna tweak the stock ROM for good performance and multi-tasking.
Hi,
I'm using a device with 512mb RAM.
Now facebook uses up to 80mb, and notifications, and messages aren't even shown properly, actually only if you go into the app.
Now my question is - is there any way exept android manifest changes to prevent any facebook services?
It lowers the performance a lot, and is really on of the baddest apps ever seen.
Thanks

Sure, thanks.
But I was also looking for an implementation into ROMs, to prevent a specific service to start.
Any RD?
Hey
I don't know if this is normal but some of my apps tell me that I'm running on low ram :/
My Free Ram is between 30-60 mb. and I want to ask you if this is normal and what can I do to improve it ?
I'm already using Ram Manager Pro and Greenify :/
Maybe because I flashed a few Mods but I don't know or how to delete them...

Delete some unnecessary apps with titanium backup... Get clean master from play store and delete cache with it.. Remove ever task killer and apps that say that they will double up your battery.... This will atleast make your device run faster and free up some ram

Okay, thx. But how can I delete apps which a installed with CWM like this Audio mod Noozeewire or sth. like that. ?
And do you mean I should only have the apps you showed in the background, because Facebook automatically gets in the background if I open it one time and close it :/ Same for some other apps :/ . And after a few seconds my Ram gets lower again ....

Remove unwanted apps with Titanium backup and also.... I doesn't mean that you need to have only that apps shown I I'm sceenshot and also Facebook always runs in background you can force close it but if you use it frequently then it hard to force close it every time after using it. so force close apps that you don't use daily like maps etc..

You can't remove it if it replaces system apps because it can corrupt your system but if it is just a another app that has nothing to do with system.. Then you can remove it
