In the Old Camera App was the Function "Burst Mode" is there something like this in the new Camera App?

The camera button is just above the record button. Just press it while recording to snap a pic.

Foubd a temp fix. Hit the menu button and attaching the picture does work.

Same here. If I use the Menu button and use Attach it works.
What "gallery" are you using? I found the Note 2 gallery seems to not be compatible with a couple of apps.

Have you tried a different camera app? To me sure that it's not the stock one that is acting up?

Ever since I updated my phone to jellybean i've had problems with using a pic as my lock screen. When i try to set a pic from the gallery, it always crops it and i can't use the full pic. Ive tried reducing the image size and still nothing. Any ideas how to get around this blasted crop?

There is an app on play store call image to wallpaper. I've found it useful in the past. Download it and give it a go.
