I also have this problem on my Sony Xperia Neo V. When I turn on my phone its show Sony then Xperia after that it restart again and again. I already try to use PC companion bt I can not connect my phone with PC Companion. i thing my phone OS was crashed. Now that I am doing. plz somebody help me.

Please, I need a solution as fast as possible! I just tried to update my SE Live with Walkman to ICS using PC Companion, all was going well until I was asked to reconnect my phone in flashmode, the program didn't detect it and I'm stuck at this point: http://screenshooter.net/6943222/skrin_133 It ain't going any further, what should I do? Hi guys, i hope u can help with my problem. Lets start...
1) Install kernel night elf
2) Install rom pureness v.11 and path for xperia neo v
So... in first time i conect my cell phone the windows start installing some thing in tray, BUT when start install xperia mt11i driver i get one blue screen in my notebook and reboot, so i cant use my sd card with usb cable. the folder dont show with my sd card
I try use in notebook of my gf and works fine.
Guys what i can do? Someone can give the link for this drivers? or another...

edit: sony pc companion take 4 minutes to find my phone and he find one neo (no neo v)
Hi, I was using my phone and decided to restart it when some how, it went on a bootloop. My phone isnt rooted or flashed. I downloaded Sony PC Companion to restore it, but it only has the r800 not the r800a. I couldnt make it detect my phone and restore it. I also tried the flashtool but it couldnt detect my phone either.
Support would be nice.

EDIT: I dont have the original usb cable, does it have something to do with it?

does you windows detect the phone? what does it show in the device manager when connected, lots of people had the same problem with a certain firmware where the phone couldnt connect to the PC by MTP method.
if you provide a little more information then we could be able to help you much more.
May be the problem is with ur os.. Try to connect ur phone to another pc.. I got the same problem.. After resetng my os everything went fine

i was updating my xperia z2(D6502) to marshmallow and after downloading the file of around 1030mb on sony pc companion update failed.Now it is not even recognising my phone..Help needed urgent.

Try using different USB ports on your pc. If none of them works. Try Xperia companion. It worked for me.
