Ok i found out (helped by ramezzidane). You must use smart keyboard, which you can find here

after i install Xperia NXT Transformation pack for ICS v3.0 into my Neo V it only got google voice and xperia keyboard...i need a xperia s chinese keyboard but i can't find where to download it..pls anyone help..:crying:
The chinese keyboard is not ported. You must use the original neo chinese keyboard.
