Possible causes
1-install apps not from google play not ticked
2-antivirus prob like quick heal
3-App u used to root.
Unroot nd then root it via Cydia ImpactoR...
i already fixed it. it detects root as illegal i used that time was permanent root now im using temporary

Hi, I am newbie. I use X10i (eclair), and I have some issues:
1. Is it right X10i doesn't has flash player cos' I can't open web that requires flash player. If it has, then what supposed to be the problem? Should I upgrade it? How?
2. I use app 'Quick Boot' cos' I want to reduce the using of manual button for shutting down. When I want to use it, it says that 'requires root access'. What does 'root access' mean? How can I manage it?
3. Does this phone has auto turn on/off phone? If it doesn't, do you guys has an advice 'bout shut down app or auto on/off phone app that doesn't require root access?!
Need help guys... Thanks b4.

1. No, don`t have Flash since it`s android 2.1 and flash only came on 2.2
If you should update? Only you know that. How? Read a little bit (doesn`t had to be that much).
2. To have root access, once again, read, search (don`t have to be long search, just look at my sig)
3. You don`t

I have the same phone but mine is running android 4.0.4 can I ask you if your magnetic sensor is working? I mine is a yamaha530 but it doesn't give out data...
And please let me know if you find something, i've been searching high and low... I've even offered fastcardtech a free ftp server for all their Roms on talkingmobi.com if they can help us... Same as you I want to find out if we can use the "root many mtk65xx" here on Xda.. But I'm not really up to just testing and bricking it..
I received a reply from the phone supplier with a way to root th phone, I'll test it ASAP and post the results

So i managed to root my N9977 this is how:
Download this rar first: www.anniblue.com/xda/rootingn9977.rar
1. Enable usb debugging and connect the phone to your pc.(win xp/ wista/ 7/ 8)
2. Install Snappea and download the usb driver within Snappea, when the phone is recognized, pls turn Snapped off and click do not remember it
3. Go to pc task manager- process- kill wandoujia helper.
4. Extract MTK6577 One Key Root to your pc, and click one key root.bat, then press enter on your keyboard then on your phone there should pop up a restore screen choose restore My Data (No need to type the password). Then the phone will auto reboot twice.
Meanwhile do not touch anything on your phone or pc, or the phone will get bricked.
5. Check menu- if there is an “#” icon, if yes, it’s rooted, or do it again.
The one key root.bat is all in Chinese or some strange language but no need to do anything but click enter after you open it. Then after its installed you will get a Chinese superuser apk but just download superuser from play store and run a binary update in the new one and you'll be fine
Enjoy
I got this from the fascardtech tech support but I had to rewrite the guide as it seemed translated with Google from Chinese.
hi stock firmware files needed

Does anyone out there has the original ROM for N9977 with Android 4.1.1?
I bricked my N9977 by rooting it with the N9776 root method... : (
I need to use an app but I can't because the phone is rooted and this is not allowed by the application. When I start the application an error mesage appears that is telling me that I can't use it because the phone is jailbreaked or rooted.
Please help me find a solution

Have you tried rootkeeper that is in the market?
Hello guys, since the last tutorial I posted was really popular I decided to post another one for my other phone, the LG G2. You don't even need to use any command prompt for this. The only problem is that this is chinese language, so you have to click the exact buttons.
1. Download this file: https://tr.im/64637 <--- HELP ME! OR http://goo.gl/U6Jwaf
2. Install the software, using the installation buttons as you would on any other windows installation.
3. When you have installed it, you will see a green button, press it. Then connect your phone.
4. When the phone is connected the software will recognize the phone and the green button will show "ROOT", click on it.
5. The phone is going to be rooted in some seconds and the process is finished when it will show a tick on the software.
6. The phone will reboot.
7. When it is rebooted, go to google play and download super su.
8. Open super su and it will ask you to update the binaries, and you must click on update, and then normal.
9. A window in chinese will pop up on the phone, this is the screen that allows you to give root permissions to any app. You must click the button on the right.
10. You are done! Root process is complete!
11. This is the most important step. Leave a thanks! If you liked the tutorial, please show it to me!

Post below if you have questions or don't understand.
EDIT: I know you guys might not trust this, but I used it and it worked perfectly. There aren't any problems with this root, and there are no viruses on my PC that I know of. And I regularly scan my PC.
If you want to see my other thread, about 100 people replied and most of them successfully rooted their phone!
I believe that this isn't a virus. If you don't want to use it, don't. But trust me it works and nothing happened to me!

Yet. There may be no viruses on your PC, but what if your data has been harvested.
Actually... nevermind.

I don't think the issue is that this may be a virus. But, the root process gathers critical phone information (IMEI ans serial number) and sends it back to a server.

Yeah may be, I don't think so, nothing bad has happened to my IMEI or Serial. I still think that you can use this, because many thousands have and none have reported anything bad. What if the data being sent was only information for statistical purpose?
I just used it on the latest update d80010q and worked great. Ioroot did not work. Thanks for posting!

No problem guys!
Just an update on the VROOT/KINGO rooting program.
We have been in contact wit KINGO Software and have received the following response..
Once we received your letter, we realized the seriousness of this whole IMEI issue and we removed it from our code right away.

Again this was from KINGO not VROOT.
VROOT has not been in contact with us.
USE THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
I suggest using the newest version of KINGO if no XDA developed method works.
In past versions of both softwares there was XDA dev's work (without credits)
If you use this and find out that someone on the other side of the world has a phone with your IMEI # and your phone no longer works, then you have been warned.

I think that VROOT aswell will take it away if we ask them... but anyway I don't really think they are going to do something bad with the IMEIs..

We did ask already
We had contacted both KINGO & VROOT at the same time.
Kingo has been responsive and made the necessary changes to comply with the XDA rules.
We have not heard ANYTHING from VROOT.
At that time both software's were the same (almost identical). We were thinking that they are a part of the same group.
I still recommend that you use a method developed here on XDA, or the newest version of Kingo's software
However it is your choice.
Thanks for the cooperation on this matter,

Yes I have noted similiarities within the two websites... I really hope that VROOT proceedes to take the IMEI down aswell... although I really don't think that something bad is going to happen; many people have done it and until now there haven't been reports of IMEI misuse... I could be wrong though they may do it in the future, but for now i think it's safe.
Anyone else tried it?
Why don't people just use towelroot?
- download app from Internet
- install on phone
- start app
- click the button "make it rain"
- finished, you just got root
Re: rooting this phone
The phone is a LG Aristo 4 +, model LM-X320MA. Android version 9. It has a lot of new bells and whistles.
Can this phone be Rooted? If so, What rooting prog will work? There is some programs and some games that I would like to explore.
Well someone on this forum must know 1. can this phone be rooted. 2. what rooting program will work?

SuperSu app will not install on the phone. The app stops at about 3/4th installed and says "app not installed" and done in the lower right corner of the screen. Now I got the error message up, it says blocked by play protect , this app can allow unauthorized access to your data or device". I click ok anf then I get the "app not installed" error.
jwoegerbauer I got the 1st step figured out. I got "blocked by play protect" turned off and the supersu app is installed.
The supersu app is tring to connect me to www.supersu.com and the site isn't responding.
