I make a dumb mistake, Thought i had the same phone as someone and used the model number of it.
I used a One click tool for the LGL38C
And now It only boots to the LG screen.
Recovery doesn't work And cant get phone to be seen on ADB so I cant push anything to it.
Tried running the correct one click for the phone but doesnt work.
Any help would be great.... Thanks
I do have another one of the same phone with everything stock on it if that helps.

so, i got myself a bricked gs2
i have the phone...triangle...pc screen
i can't enter download mode, neither recovery mode
and obviously, it doesn't boot
do i need a JIG? because i'm already searching for 300k resistors
Did you try to pull out battery and put it back? How did you brick it?

are you sure ur doing it right?
hold vol down + middle menu button + power .. try it also with it plugged in to power if that doesn't work ...
if you are getting the phone triangle pc screen that means you're soft bricked and you still should be able to get into download mode :/

That phone - triangle - pc screen is a forced download mode, I believe. Means you aren't going anywhere until you flash a working firmware. You should be able to flash from there.

It should, yes. I've heard of others flashing from that screen. (I've also told others who have been on that screen to flash, and they have reported success.)
I have not PERSONALLY done it, as I have never actually had this screen show on my phone.
Exactly right CTM.
I successfully flashed a kernel in forced download mode when my very first flashing attempt went haywire. Put me in bootloop tho for some reason. But it did enable me to get into download mode proper & was then able to flash a stock rom.

So, you and she learned a valuable lesson then. Do NOT under ANY circumstances use any firmwares or kernels for any device OTHER than an I9100G. The G is very important.
I9100G is not compatible to use I9100 firmwares or kernels.
I had problems with my rooted S3 (International) earlier today, and that's why I thought that flashing a lower version of CWM may fix my problems. However, flashing CWM 5.8.4.0 actually made things worse.
I am currently stuck and cannot navigate out of CWM. Pressing Power or Home don't do/select anything, and browsing the menu is next to impossible, too (menu disappers).
Phone is not recognized by adb, it does not show in Windows Explorer either. Got a "failed to install" when I connected it.
When I try "adb devices", I only get "list of devices attached" without the phone showing.
Whenever I reboot [after bettery pull], I get back into CWM again.
CWM does not react to button presses as it should; doesn't go anywhere no matter which keys/buttons I press.
Battery pull doesn't do anything; neither does Power+Volume up or down
Looks like I am screwed... am I?
Anyone has an idea how I can get out of this and back to either CM9, or install a newer version of CWM (over the obviously dysfunctional version 5.8.4.0)?
Thanks!
flashed touch recovery?
No, it's not 'Touch'... I wish it were that simple...

I used to have an USB jig for a different phone before... No idea if I still have it somewhere.

Nope, battery pull/power+vol don't work. Tried that already. Does reboot straight into CWM again (no download mode, or else)

Looks like your much luckier than I am. Can't believe this really happened to me. It's a first for me, though
I guess I'll try some more "rescue stuff" when I get back home. Don't have any way to tinker with the phone here at work...
Thanks, guys.
[SOLVED] I9300 stuck in CWM > Back in ODIN mode!
Geeez... That was a close one!
Apparently, and in order to get into ODIN (Download) mode on the S3/I9300, one has to press & hold...
1.) Volume down
2.) Home button
3.) Power
Once I did that, my S3 (I9300) booted into ODIN Mode. [ Big sigh of relief!!! ]
I thought it was just Volume Down + Power... but apparently I was wrong. Guess that happens if you don't use Odin for flashing all the time.
Can't wait to get home and flash a proper recovery, so I can get my phone back into work mode. It sucks not having a working phone, trust me on that... ;-)
Thanks for your input, guys!

lol. sure you cant think straight when you panic. can't even read properly. anyway, glad to hear you solve it.:good:
I had a Pc...!....Cellphone logo so after that I tried flashing it but in the middle there were some errors which caused the player to turn off. After turning it back on it is Black Screen but you can tell the difference that it turned on. I tried going into the download mode but I couldn't. I know that there is a simple fix for that because that happened yesterday and I was able to recover it but then I messed up again.
turn it off and press and hold power button and volume up button same time select reboot now should work xD

Yes it does
You may bricked you device.do you have CWM installed? If yes, press volume up(hold)-power button(until Samsung logo appear(4-5 secs)) Then
Backup and restore>backup
When this finish restore and you are maybe done...Always before flash a ROM Back up with CWM!!!
If no,tell what rom you where trying to install, and we WILL fix it.
Don't forget to press the tanks button

I was trying to use http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1531850. And I don't have it CWM installed. First I did the Intl. so the digitizer was responding up-side down and then I tried getting it back to US but didn't work. This is my first android device so I don't know much but if there is another way or post which tells how to get back to factory perfectly fine then tell me.
The reason I did this all was because whenever I tried to turn on the wifi it said Error and sometime turning on and then error again.
You mean wifi don't work?At what rom is this happening?stock or the one you installed?look,if you don't have CWM you can't install a ROM,so neither brick your device.I'm sorry, but there is a chance to fix it ONLY if you find a way into download mode.I am starting now the post about CWM.In about half an hour it will be posted and I will give the link

a little suggestion here:
try factory reset ur S3...
if the problem still persist try to reflash ur firmware using samsungkies
Maybe you try this one. Connect this to your phone and it will go into download mode automatically. If it does not work, then your phone may have bricked.

Yeah, so, one common mistake (I think) most people are doing is holding the power button. So to get into download mode:
1. Hold Vol Up ONLY (as Zedomax did)
2. Plug USB in while holding Vol Up
-Power button has nothing to do with this
Thanks for the quick reply dude, really appreciate it. I actually did get it to work, was just hoping there was another way to prevent the full wipe lol
