I don't think there is one like that but there are certain zip files which you can flash through recovery... But that would not be as flexible as theme manager...

Also there is xposed framework where you can flash different modules to alter theme, but is not really a fully fledged theme manager.

However don't expect the same results as with original theme manager. If you want only slight modifications - Wanam Xposed will be enough to change colors for nearly everything. Otherwise, I'd suggest to search for flashable zips, f.e. Blue Theme, as these are far better than themes applied through above xposed modules.

Another dumb idea and noob question but is there an emulator or SDK app that will run on our notes and through that can we launch the snote premium suite for roms that wont work with it natively?

What roms don't work with it? Some developers leave out that kind of stuff but you can flash it yourself.
cm9 roms

No. Use a Note firmware based ROM if you want those features for now. They rely on touchwiz and would need major additions to cm9.

This is a basic stock rom with a few nice features added.

Emulator?>>>>>thought he was one of them raper guys....????
Hi, a while back before I installed CyanogenMod on my device I was running a stock 2.2 rom on my rooted g5.
For the fun I decided to modify framework.apk to change the status bar and stuff like that, I also edited settings.apk to match and added some apps into system apps. Anyway my point is would anyone be interested in turning this into a custom rom? Would people want to flash it? The idea is to have all the stablity of stock with better looks and features. We could call it 'StockMod G5' or something. Good idea? Bad idea? Leave your comments below on what you think, it might be stupid I don't know
Ur just trying to make a custom rom based on stock!..its a good idea no doubt

Hi Venkatraman, this rom will most likely be updated in early February, I have like 1 test build but its not complete and I have but development of it on the side as I am launching another rom in January based on CM7.2. When my 7.2 rom is lauched I'll go back and finish this
Could someone give me a link or port the touchwiz ux launcher for cm roms? I searched for it but only got the ported hdpi versions but can't find the xhdpi one. Was thinking of making a rom based on cm in the future but I need help
People usually get CM rom to get away from TW.
There's probably not going to be a port.

Hi guys I stumbled upon this and thought I'd share.
This is for all of you who want to cutomize their Roms while keeping it stock. It works with Xposed framework.
I currently on the MF1 Rom using the SGH-I337M Canadian variant and it works great.
so anyway ... Enjoy

Wait, does this mean that I would have to have a custom recovery for this to work? I have the mf3 version and there is no custom recovery for this as we speak.

If you are just rooted you can use any of the tools need first to install Xposed Installer and can use anything that combines with it like XBlast Tool is one which works great for stock roms.

Custom recovery is useful to disable the xposed framework in case something goes wrong

There is no rom yet which provides that UI.
Well you don't need to flash whole rom for bit different UI.
You can download its theme and apply it using theme chooser app.
Btw why you want stock UI ?
