Desire X is gonna get a OTA update to 4.1. Desire X has 1Ghz dualcore Snapdragon S4 Play proccesor. RAZR i has a 2Ghz single-core Intel Atom proccesor. That is RAZR's only ace.

It's very likely, and HTC said on the IFA that the Desire X is getting an update to JellyBean.
HTC even claims there that Desire X gets update to JB "very soon"
Let's all hope that 'very soon' really is very soon. I'm excited to get a JB update for my desire x.

Yeah but you'll Have to purchase an unlock code though. As of right now there is no free way to sim unlock D.X.

You can not port because every phone have different hardware and software combination and every rom is made for the specific hardware and software combination.
