Any decent fingerprint scanner app? - HTC One Max

Does anyone knows if there are any app that can utilize the fingerprint scanner? I tried to search but only get all those "fake" scanner apps which just a prank to "emulate" the screen as a scanner.
It would be wonderful to be able to launch certain app via scan a finger "anytime when screen on!" (not only during unlock stage like now") or switch to previous activited app just by swiping of a finger...
I think the location of the scanner is perfect for those jobs.... Personally I would pay $10 for a app like I mentioned...

thats why most people are just disabling this fingerprint scanner; it is worthless, except during the unlocking of the phone..

This sir may help you. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2656131

Fingerprint profiles

I was wondering if there is a way to have the phone unlock to different home screens and hidden apps depending on what finger you use to unlock the phone.

Nothing? Not even a yes or no.. I would go for a "no idea" but nothing?

I think not. I am sure its possible if someone had the time to create an app for it like customize settings for it. But I could be wrong.

One thing I miss from my iPhone... Is there an android alternative?

When I got a message or notification while my screen was off it would light up the screen automatically to show you the notification on the lock screen. Is there an android alternative?

go sms works perfectly as you described, and its my choice, but see what works best for you.

Honestly I looked into a few of those recommendations but I chose Tasker with the plug in Secure Settings.
Now I can choose to wake up my screen on any notification for a defined amount of time before it turns off automatically.
Tasker is a very powerful system app. So if you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it. It's a paid app ($6.95) but very worth it. If your skeptical go to the developer's website for a trial.

Well the OP didn't word it that way. If that's the case, then people have made plenty of suggestions.

True, I've had multiple iPhones as well. I actually HATED that feature and I still don't like it on my note. It should come with a damn LED notification like 99% of every android phone.

I personally love the voice commands. You can say "Snooze" when the alarm goes off and it'll snooze. If someone calls, you can just say "Answer" and it'll put it right on speakerphone. If you're in the camera, you can just say "Cheese" or "Shoot" and not have to hit the screen and cause a blurry shot.

The S4 has has a built in thermometer... There are apps in the market that work with it...or you can use the app called S Health on your phone. With the latest 4.3 update you can now use the Galaxy Gear.

I saw that out of the box, but when I switched launchers and put the search widget back on it seems you lose the hotword detection. Can anyone confirm? I'm guessing they built it into TW ala GEL
