You could always extract the build.prop from the most recent CM10 preview .ZIP, if you need.

If u dw to use external apps or flash custom roms. Thr is no way. Its a feature from the Note line and not the S line.

U can try s4 Revolution. It has the s4 and note 3 features but most aren't working but thr is ink effect.
