So here are some photos in my lounge with dimmer very low. I have a Korean LG G2 which won't work in the UK !!!! Annoying and sending back to Negri ! But thought to help others I would compare cameras. Both have metering and IOS LG has much better auto focus but lags in low light when using camera. HTC is slightly faster with shutter speed and lags less. I did notice LG has loads of low light noise ((( maybe UltraPixel was a good idea. Just should have been a 10mp sensor.

What concerns me more is I film under fluorescent lighting and both HTC one and LG G2 have banding but my S4 did not. This leads me to believe this banding has something to do with OIS as my video camera does not do this also ????

Here is the HTC one banding on my toilet light.
Real time it's awful and it does come out on any video I do under the same lighting regardless of time of day.
