Looking for a Developer - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I am looking for someone to develop a simple RSS reader for me. I want it to be able to fetch information from my RSS feed and make it into something like a timeline. The idea is for me to be able to post schedules on the RSS feed and the app just presents it in timeline form.
I'd appreciate the help very much. I would like also to help with the design of the app because I am a graphic artist. I'm willing to pay for the development of the app.

News and PDF fetcher?

Hey Guys
Does anyone know an app which can fetch custom RSS Feeds and PDF files on a regular basis for offline viewing?
Background: We have some free newspapers here who offer an online pdf edition or rss feeds. Like the News Reader which is pre-installed I want to fetch the pdf edition on a daily basis... The newsreader which is installed can do that as well, but I refuse to pay for a newspaper which is free. For the RSS Feeds I tried Spool and Readability but both have no options to fetch something automatically on a regular basis...
Help would be appreciated

[Q] Notes & Reminders for Android?

Does any one know of a free notes and reminders app for Android? Preferably one that is very simple and doesn't do much more than take notes that you write or paste in it, and send notifications to remind you of stuff at a set time. Kind of like what you have on iOS. Having the ability to sync with your Google Account/ Gmail would be a plus. I have been waiting for this to come natively to Android for some time.
If I can't find something like this. I would like to embark on a personal project to create and publish an app or apps that do notes and reminders easily. I would appreciate any help I can get on the way. Thanks.

Just use the calendar, its simple and syncs with whatever you want it to. Theres a notepad app in the market as well for notes.
evernote
I had not tried evernote in a while. I just tried it and the UI is much improved now, so I guess I'll be using it. Thanks! I would like if it did reminders though. I like seeing all my to-dos together separate from my calendar.

Not sure about Evernote, but Catch Notes supports reminders.

[Q] Is there a people/friends app or hub for Android!?

I recently made the switch from windows phone 8 to the HTC One and I am really missing the people hub or groups feature of windows phone. It allowed me to put some of my contacts into groups. For example, I had 2 groups, 1 for family and 1 for friends. In these groups, it collected all the facebook, twitter, and other social feeds of those people and put them all together.
I really liked this feature because I could easily look at filtered social feeds for certain people without having to flip through each app separately. I often saw posts/tweets that I would have otherwise missed.
Is there a similar app or feature on Android that would give me this functionality? I have yet to find it.
Thank you!
take a look at Scope or Taptu in the play store, these are some social apps.

I looked at both of those apps and they were both good at combining different social networks into a single feed, however lacked the ability to do exactly what I need.
I want to be able to make a group of my best friends and when I click on that group, I want to see their social updates across Twitter, facebook, etc all together.
If anyone knows of an app that does this...please let me know! Hard to believe windows phone has done this for years and no one has copied it for android

Looking for RSS reader app with SEARCH feature

Hello,
I'm looking for an RSS feed reader that is smart enough to find the feed URL automatically, for example I type a website like "xda-developer.com" or better, just "xda" and the app has a search engine that finds the URL http://www.xda-developers.com/feed/
The app should not force me to register, and should not have abusive permissions.
I don't like predefined feeds, I prefer to choose my own sources, but if I can remove them it's OK.
Open source would be great. Paid app would be OK if nice looking.
Do you know such an app, or should I develop it myself?
Thanks!
