My phone is a routed Samsung S4 i9505.
I'm impressionated with what tasker can do for us. It's fantastic.
A small annoying issue I have is a message which appears always after a profile get running that says "facebook session expired , initiate session again".
I created a profile configured to trigger when phone status is orientation face down ( It works so greate !!! ).
--> When above profile condition is true, I call a task:
- Turn OFF : Wifi, Mobile Data, Bluetooth, Auto-Sync, Auto brightness, Keyguard;
- Enable : Power save mode , Blocking mode ,
- Display brightness to 0, Display timeout 7,0,0 ( seven seconds).
--> EXIT task (When my phone is not face down position):
- Turn ON : Wifi, Mobile Data, Bluetooth, Auto-Sync,
- Keyguard (continues OFF); Auto brightness (continues OFF).
- Disable : Power save mode , Blocking mode , Display brightness to 255, Display timeout 0,5,0 ( Five minutes ).
When Exit task runs, I get that message saying : "facebook session expired , initiate session again".
How to solve this ?

I recently started using my Hero as an alarm. Thus, while I am sleeping I set it to airplane mode so that the alarm rings. When I wake up it always shows a notification that the time zone has not been set. Rebooting the phone is the only way to fix it, except -of course- if I manually set it... Could this be a bug?
Is there a notification setting to turn on screen when Event notification from calendar is triggered.
My HTC phone turned on screen so I could quickly see the event alarm. The Samsung alert triggers I have to turn on screen and unlock screen to see notification.
So what happens if the alarm goes off when you're not starting blankly at your screen...
my old HTC showed the alarm description for the first minute or two allowing me to see the name and dismiss it etc..
I've ran into a very odd problem recently: I can't turn off the screen while I'm in the lockscreen - it keeps flashing on and off constantly every 2 seconds.
I have to unlock first, and than the screen shuts down absolutely fine (using the power button / inactivity timeout).
This also happens when receiving an unanswered call - the lockscreen keeps blinking on and off until I unlock it.
I've tried re-flashing the ROM (and checking out other roms), and another kernel - no help, it still happens.
I've tried checking it out in safe mode - happens as well.
Happens when the phone is plugged or unplugged to USB, the connector is working fine.
Happens on 4.1.2 & 4.2.1 with all lockscreen options (slide PIN password etc) - with every gadget / extra feature disabled.
I've tried disabling every app I can think off, switch to airplane mode (in case it comes from some signal / wifi), and checking with airpush detector & AVG.
This is driving me crazy, is there a way to debug this and find out what keeps waking up the phone into this freaking loop?
Update: I've found a partial solution - using an alternative lockscreen (tested with go locker) seems to solve this problem.
this means something is wrong with the vanilla lockscreen apk / some setting.
does somebody have the 4.1.2 lockscren apk available?
My 3G data packet data is switched on always. This shows a remaining balance notification of my data after a period of time automatically. This notification stays on my screen even after my screen goes to sleep until OK is pressed. This takes up a lot of charge at night.
Is there any way to close it automatically or at least a timeout setting so that it closes on its own ???
Guys, I have an issue where after the screen is locked, the currently playing music keeps playing but the next song does not start. I can check that the device was in light doze and after turning on the screen, the songs resume. Even have disabled all power saving settings, disabled optimization for all apps, enabled Enhanced processing and even selected the option of "Keep Open" in the recent app options menu(press and hold on the app icon), still the next song does not start. Have also disabled data saver, enabled background activity and data use while data saver off, still does not help. Only when i enable the Always on Display then the songs keep playing. I have even factory reset the phone, done the reset all settings multiple time but to no avail. This is for all music apps. Also, the AOD has to be the always on one and not the tap to view for 10 seconds one. Just don't want the Always on Display and want the music to keep playing. What am I missing ?
Device is Samsung Note 10 + running on Android 11.
