[Q] lost recovery, need to flash Nexus 4 - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi All,
I had rooted my nexus 4 with kitkat 4.4.2. few days later, in recovery mode, i accidentally wiped the data. again i gave it at a shop to install the OS but it wasn't successful. Now my nexus shows a logo written "download mode do not unplug."
i cant enter recovery mode, in fact i cant do anything with it except seeing the logo.
can anybody tell me how I can get it in its older shape?
thank you very very much in advance.

[Q] [HELP] Samsung Galaxy Note N8010, NO recovery, NO OS/ROM

hello dear helpers,
i ve done something really stupid. i rooted my galaxy note 10.1 (worked) and tried to instal cwm recovery via the ROM manager app. my device wasnt in the list of supported devices so i tried to install the recovery of the galaxy S3 (GT-I9300) because on the official cwm website they are pointed out with the same version number (6.0.4.6). the result was that, when i tried to boot into recovery i see nothing but the backlight. after a while i can turn my decive off by pressing on/off button and restart android normal.
but then i have done the second stupid thing. i tried to fix this by installing another/older version of cwm (galaxy note N7000/ CWM 6.0.4.3).
now the state of the recovery hastn't changed and in addition i cant boot to my normal OS/ROM anymore. it stucks on the bootscreen!
please help, i have no idea what to do next
best regards
daniel
