[Q] root a device - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I haven't found a way to root a LG Optimus L7 II Dual. can somebody help me? I want to remove crapware/bloatware from the phone.

[Q] LG Swift L7 and LG Optimus L7

Is LG Swift L7 (http://www.lg.com/pl/telefony/lg-Swift-L7-P700) and LG Optimus L7 (http://www.lg.com/uk/mobile-phones/lg-P700-android-mobile-phone) the same phone? Both are named P700, look the same and have the same specifications, but I want to be sure, before I start flashing stock firmware and then rooting my friend's Swift L7 (here on xda are only Optimus threads like this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1664322).

it look like the lg swift l7 is only the name for the LG optimus L7 in polen. it could be found only on the lg site from polen.
