[Q] randomly shuts down or restarts - HTC Desire V

Hello, I bought the phone in August 2013, and in December he randomly shuts down or restarts, internet thus included (wi-fi or mobile). If you turn off access to the Internet, the phone will not turn off.
Tried to watch the error log, but there are empty files.
Installed some programs with Google.Market, in order to monitor the error, but to no avail.
Did reset to factory, the same error.
Cut off the SD card, did not help.
In the service center did not wear.
Tell me please, what can I do? install custom firmware?

[Q] Bad flashing - help appreciated

Hi, I would like to present a small riddle to you.
Today, one guy brought me Dell Streak and wanted my help. He tried to flash new firmware (dont know what way) but the Streak died in the middle of the process due to low battery. After that, only Dell logo was on the screen after power on, nothing else. So I tried the factory reset. Didnt work. Then I flashed the stock rom recovery (using fastboot) and after next factory reset, it was alive. The only problem is when the data packets (2G or 3G connection) are on. After booting right on the main screen, the Streak attempts to connect to 3G and in approximately 10 to 15 seconds it reboots and the same all over again. It happens even when the data packets are off and I turn them on. But when I keep the data packets disabled, the phone is working perfectly fine. Any suggestions how to fix this issue?
Some info:
I tried versions 351 and 360 from here but neither of them helped.
Well, first off the owner of the Streak is an idiot for not having it plugged in to the mains or at least having a fully charged battery before attempting to change the firmware. That said, given that a firmware update was interrupted, he may have no recourse but to contact Dell since the storage space for the firmware may well be permanently corrupted.
You can get a list of diagnostic tests by getting into fastboot and dialing *#301# on the fastboot keypad. Run the tests related to memory.
Well, i managed to make it work (android), so I doubt that memory is corrupted. Phone reboot if and only if I turn 2G/3G network on, otherwise it runs perfectly fine...
By the way, I ran 5 tests for memory and both the memory storages (internal and SD card) passed and are permanent write-nonprotection.

[Q]Erratic WiFi after 3.24.531.3 Update. Turns off when trying to connect to network

A few days ago I got a software update notification for 3.24.531.3. I ran the update and everything seemed to work fine. But when the phone rebooted I noticed I was no longer connected to my WiFi. I figured I just had to retype the password because of the software update. I typed in the password and hot "connect" and the phone froze for a few seconds. Then it flashed an error message say "unable to connect to network" and the WiFi turned off. So I tried connecting to an unsecured network and the same thing happened. So now my WiFi isn't working at all.
At the time, I was completely stock, not root, locked bootloader, nothing. So I though maybe unlocking, rooting, and flashing a custom ROM would fix the problem. I've tried a few different ROMs and they all have the same problem. I can turn the WiFi on and scan, but as soon as I try to connect to any network it freezes and turns off. I even get an error message say that "Settings has become unresponsive" and asks to send an error report to HTC.
Then today, I got another software update message saying there is another software update available but I can't download it since I can't connect to WiFi at all.
Any ideas what I can do to fix the problem?
Go to your settings and rename your phone "HTC One"
Problem solved.

Thanks for your reply
I've tried that. I got it renamed in the WiFi Direct setting and in the About>Phone Identity settings, but when I type in the password it hangs then pops up with "failed to connect to network" and when that closes the WiFi is turned off. It's like the WiFi turns itself off while it's trying to connect.
I've gone through and turned off all the Power Save and Sleep settings thinking that was causing the problem, but that didn't do anything either.
Just flashed with a Stock 3.24.531.1 RUU and still getting the same problem. WiFi turns on and off erratically. I restored my google setting which saved my home WiFi password and it connectst to the network, but has no internet. And everytime I try to change the WiFi Direct name to "HTC One" it "fails to rename device" and WiFi is turned off. Hopefully now that I'm back to stock I can use internet pass through to download the new software update and that fixes the problem.
Was able to run the OTA update to 4.4.2 and am still having the same WiFi issues. I have no idea what the problem is

[Q]SDCard is missing after flash Kernel

I am using a HTC One X+ with AT&T. I have been running on ELEGANCIA™ 3.1 since I got the phone. Everything was fine expect the WIFI/Mobile Data Connection. The symptoms are:
1. Sometimes WIFI turned itself on automatically even I manually turned it off.
2. I usually use WIFI at home. Most of time when I left home for work, the phone won't automatically internet connection even the phone showed the the Mobile Data was connected. Turn the mobile data on and off won't fix it. I have to reboot my phone to connect to internet.
3. When I returned home, sometime the WIFI won't automatically get connected. I have to manually turn it on.
Since I have some many issues with the WIFI, I decided to flash the newer ELEGANCIA™ 6.3 to see whether I can fix the problem. That's when the trouble started.
I used the flash kernel feature in WinDroid Universal HTC Toolkit v1.1 to flash the boot.img extracted from the ELEGANCIA™ 6.3 package. After flashing it has no access to sdcard anymore. ES file explore shows no SDcard folder. In addtion, the WIIF can't be turned on. It shows turning on then error out.
I have very limited knowledge about Android system. I don't know what I can do to fix my issue. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

[Q] Phone restarts when it has SIM card. Otherwise works fine!

This Sony Ericsson Live With Walkman was working fine. One day, when on a call, the phone got itself restarted. But after restart, it keeps on restarting as a loop. Thought that it was an issue with bad SIM card. So got a new duplicate SIM card and tried again. But whenever the phone accesses the SIM card or the carrier, it just restarts.
Then tried removing the SIM card and turned on the device. It was working fine. Then set it to Aeroplane Mode and tried putting the SIM. There was no problem. Then when I disabled the Aeroplane Mode, the phone started to restart like a loop! So thought that it was an issue with OS(Gingerbird).
Then tried updating the OS to Sony's ICS update. After that, inserted SIM card. At first time when it is started, it was on Aeroplane Mode(which I enabled earlier). So, when I disabled it, the phone restarted. But after restart, it didn't get in the restart loop! But whenever a call is received, the phone just restarts !
Everything else is working fine! How can I fix this issue? Any help would be highly appreciated.
Thank you
