Possible way to unlock bootloader? - LG Optimus L9 P760, P765, P768, P769

I was searching on google different ways to unlock the bootloader of
our lg l9 and i found this http://www.lg-phones.org/unlock-bootloader-on-lg-optimus-l9-with-jelly-bean.html
Do you think it could work?
If you want to download the bat file use the second link the first one isn't working.
Edit: NeverMind i don't think it works i looked at the batch script and all it does is send the unlock command.

Yep, I've tried that on my P760 with unlockable ROMs and it didn't work, but from what I've understood that means nothing with our BL's, it might work for some.
It's actually this guide by markolino631, but not updated and not detailed. Also, some of the information in the link you posted is plain wrong and misleading...

[Q] nv_data.bin

Hi There,
I'm getting a little stuck with IHASHGPU. I tried all the hashes in my nv_data.bin but unfortunately I don't have a compatible GPU.
I've extracted the nv_data.bin and have attached the file.
I have the unlock code from my network provider but it doesn't work and I think I need the unfreeze code now. Would someone be able to extract the unfreeze and unlock codes or provide a clean nv_data.bin for me? Either one would be greatly appreciated. I'm just restriced due to compatability issues.

Thanks mate. That's where I got all my info from. But because I don't have 10 posts I can't post in that thread for help.
Ahhhh. Hmmmm. OK.
What I'll do is post in that thread for you, and link to this post. Hopefully someone will have a look & maybe give you some options ?
Edit to add - Here's the post I made in the sim unlock thread.

Since I can't post in that thread could anyone ask dertys_ to help me with my nv_data.bin, also would like to know what he does with it, since looks like has not much to do with Odia's method
Why dont you just use Chainfires free unlock app from the market.
https://market.android.com/details?...sImV1LmNoYWluZmlyZS5zZ3Myc2ltdW5sb2NrY29kZSJd
Some say that when you put in the code it says Code Incorrect but unlocks the phone anyway but Ive had the same message unlocking phones via IMEI unlock so wouldnt this be easier.Alot of people swear by it.

I know I was talking about the other app by chainfire.
The helroz app said it unlocked, and when you checked the status it appear as unlock, but when I put another SIM it said: Network lock at start and didn't gave any signal

I didn't get any prompts when I used it. I hit step 1 so it did the backup, there was a confirmation there. Then pressed step 2 and the screen went blank for a few seconds, the phone rebooted and all of a sudden it was unlocked.

Actually it has been said on the link I put in that post.
Though I don't know how it goes with other online paid tools like omnius or wotanserver.

[Q] How to unlock bootloader on excatly this phone?

Hello guys,
I tried to unlock my bootloader a few weeks ago and it was horrible, so i sent it to service and they sent me a brand new phone. But i want to unlock bootloader and i don't know what files use excatly on this model. Can you help me?
Sys. info : ver.: 45.31.20.MB860.Vodafone.en.EU
Android stock 2.3.4
build num.: 4.5.2A-74_OLE-31.20
root: yes
unlocked bootloader: no
What exactly is so confusing here?
Clearly you need to use the ihop version. The rest of the process is the same for every Atrix out there.

Ok, but can you tell me what for files to use...sites pls  ...because, last time I trie, it failed and i needed to send my phone to service...
Thanks
Guide
IHOP bootloader
Unlocking the bootloader doesn't always work (depends on the device and some other things), but I can't imagine a situation where a failed unlock would require taking the phone to the service center...
Ok, i'll try it tomorrow thanks....but when it fails ? ...last time it said me "failed to boot 2" ...
Did you actually read the whole procedure? Because it doesn't seem like you did.
Yes, I did....then i tried to search far on the google and i found that i am not alone with thi problem. Many people is saying, that is unable to unlock this bootloader...:/
http://mobility.forumsee.com/a/m/s/p12-9847-0229151--atrix-bootloader-unable-unlock.html
"Failed to boot" is a perfectly normal and expected part of the unlock process and everyone gets it. All you have to do is boot into fastboot mode and flash a custom recovery, then use that to flash a ROM. I don't know why you went to Google, literally all you need is here on XDA.
I used this guide to unlock 4 Atrix boot-loader so far including my own http://atrix4ghacks.com/atrix-4g-hacks/how-to-unlock-bootloader-and-install-permanent-recovery/
Ok, I will try it now ....
EDIT: it still gives me that OEM unlock is not implemented...
Either you didn't flash the IHOP SBF correctly, or you have one of those newer Atrixes that cannot be unlocked.

Yup, after 2012 I think, atrixes' bootloaders can't be unlocked
And, is there any chance, that I can unlock it, or in some service?

But motorola atrix 4g isn't supported :/
The only thing you can do is join the crowd of people who have the same problem which has yet to be solved. There is nothing you can do right now to unlock your device.
I know that pain.. I am an Atrix owner too, who owns a newer one..
I don't think that we will see them unlocked, because a lot of devs already moved on and there are now just a few Atrix owners..

Bootloader Unlock

Hello,
I have been trying to research how bootloaders get unlocked without manufacturer help and not coming up with many results. I want to learn how to root and unlock bootloaders and create recoveries and everything to help out accessing and customizing devices, but trying to find things to read and learn about those topics hasn't turned up much helpful threads or info at all, if anyone could direct me to where I could learn how to do all those things that'd be awesome! Also, thinking about bootloader for vs990, could we not just take an unlocked t-mobile bootloader and customize to the correct paths and values for vs990? What about the kdz file, can that be used to modify the boot security and unlock the bootloader or not? Thanks for the info and your time in advanced!

That method doesn't work on vs990, Verizon locked it down so when you try to get to bootloader even through adb reboot bootloader it just reboots to the system. No fastboot commands possible.

Damn, looking at buying a V10 now that it has root, but a locked bootloader equals an unhappy phone.

Well we did just get root a week ago... So don't give up hope just yet, give it a little more time and hopefully they'll crack through the security or overwrite the boot partition all together or something so we can get custom roms.
As of 3/24/2016, they have not unlocked the bootloader nor made any recovery system for the LG V10.

Sadly. That's why I was hoping for someone to know of some resource I could use to learn how to crack the bootloader to unlock it and to get twrp up and running on v10. There is an unofficial twrp for t-mobile v10.

More power to you. Best option right now is to write Verizon a crap ton of letters and see if they'll unlock the bootloader.

You also need to update to much better firmware. By the time last Oreo was released, lots of camera improvements and new features added. Plus, rock stable.

For bootloader unlock and root, you at least TEMPORARILY need firmware with fastboot flash commands and early Oreo firmware where the bootoader exploit is.
That's what the WTF instructions are all about. To get everyone to that same starting line. Some variants (like VS996) don't have fastboot flash commands while others (like US998) do. So, some variants (like VS996) have to temporarily flash to US998 (Frankenstein), while the variants who already have fastboot flash commands (US998, H930*) just need to make sure they are on early Oreo.
After they all unlock bootloader with the code, then they can all return back to their carrier firmware (through TWRP flashable zips) or update back to newer firmware if they are already on their desired variant firmware.
When you read the WTF Instructions, it's a decision tree. If you have A, go to B. If you don't have A, then go C. Just pay attention to the scenarios that apply to YOU. By the time you get to Section 5, then EVERYONE is at the same place and can run the bootloader unlock code. But besides the actual bootloader unlock, there's also Section 7 Troubleshooting Tips. Section 9 for updating back to newer firmware. Lots of others stuff. It's a comprehensive document.
Read in a web browser, not an app. Apps like XDA truncate entire sections for some reason. Print out and use as a checklist.
